Q: is this good to play out side on a blow up screen, from my netflix off my computer ?
A: Yes, I can steam youtube and netflix from my computer or iphone. If you use iphone, I use the apple dock connector. And click iphone control center's music manual to choose audio play from bluetooth rather than HDMI to get a good sound quality!
A: Hi, I'll be glad to assist! The Ion Audio Projector Plus doesn't feature wireless linking to pair to another Ion speaker, but if you are using an Ion speaker that has an 1/8" auxiliary Link output it can be connected to the 1/8" auxiliary input on the Projector Plus to transmit the audio.
A: Hi Ofelia, the internal LED is 2000 lumens but the projector itself outputs 45 ANSI lumens. Hope this helps!
Q: I hooked up a DVD player and no sound is coming out of the built in speaker. Is this right??
A: Mine works fine with DVD player, make sure you set the audio output on your DVD to PCM not 5.1. Just change audio output setting on your DVD player and see which setting works.
Q: Does it connect or a Xbox 1 and or fire stick tv
A: Mine works fine with fire stick. Just make sure you change the audio setting go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output and then turn Dolby Digital Plus OFF.
Q: What's the mic for, is it a karaoke machine as well?
A: This is not a Karaoke. An external source (Karaoke, computer, tablet, etc) will need to be connected through the HDMI port to send the audio/video signal to the Ion projector and speaker. The microphone is to be used for your vocal to be combined with the music playing in the background.
