I really want to love this machine because it's supposed to be the best of the best, but my experience has been a headache. The first unit I received had a constant, annoying rattle from the motor right out of the box. For a $900+ air purifier, that’s unacceptable. When I reached out to support, their only "fix" was to tell me to return it. They closed my ticket immediately and offered zero technical help. Hauling a unit this heavy back to a shipping center was a huge pain. I ended up just buying a second unit myself because I need the filtration. Basically: Buy it for the filtration, but keep the original box you might need it. Don't expect much from their customer service if you get a dud. Might be better to look into alternatives. Let’s see how this second unit works.

Amazing! Love how it can be quiet even in a high setting. It does a great job at cleaning the air it smells so fresh now and we all just feel healthy. Highly recommend!
