Works great and it's fast I found that if you are just scanning a photo, it's better to use a flat bed scanner because you only have one setting for the DPI on this one. Also, if you are scanning a glossy book you get a glare from the above lighting, it's not really the scanners issue, but something to consider. I use a scanner tent to avoid the that on glossy books like yearbooks or glossy books with with photos. Also the software that comes with it says it removes the center curve when you scan 2 pages, it doesn't really work that well. I end up just scanning 1 page at a time. Also the software was supposed to remove finger tips in the scans, it doesn't do that very good either. But for speed, it's much better than pushing a book down on each page on a flat bed scanner. For me, despite the bad things, it scores 5 stars.

Limited instructions though as they didn't mention there is a button on the front to turn on and set the LED light intensity.

I tried contacting them because I’m confused and have questions. That’s been over an hour and no response at all. If you can’t call they should at least respond. Very frustrating. Do you have to purchase additional software to get scans you thought you were purchasing the product for?

Works really well to digitize books and magazines. Sometimes you get glare on glassy pages but overall I can’t complain.
