Frustrated beyond belief
I really try to love this. It's easy to connect everything, the sound and noise cancelling is fantastic, however I spend about an hour of every work day unplugging and replugging in the USB cable because the screen will stretch, the sound will go wonky, I'll lose my peripherals and I'm trying to get them back, and in the midst of all this, the computer makes sounds like I'm plugging in or unplugging a device all throughout the day. Unfortunately I paid full price, I wouldn't even pay clearance price right now. I just need this to work because I'm 100% WFH.

Great little device
Love this little unit. My external speakers for my work computer stopped working due to wire issues. This unit is just perfect and works well with Teams/Webex/Zoom. Before, I had to keep resetting my configuration because Windows 11 would get confused after undocking/docking. Those problems have gone away. This unit is also small enough to travel as a speaker phone on the road. I was able to plug two monitors in by using one port on the laptop and the other on the dock. If you require two in the dock then there's a separate model for that.

Great conference call speaker
Great conference call speaker. Either Bluetooth or directly connected to the PC via USB. The sound quality is great for calls, but not the best for music

Not sure what it does.
How i got it doesnt matter, because im still trying to figure out what it does. The hdmi port doesn't present an image. The fat white cable barely fits on my phone port, and it lights up. So what now? Can it call me with the right drivers? Not yet. Does it say stuff? O a few words basically. But i saved $110. Hence i give it 3 stars, and i bought another one. Saving feels awesome

High Quality and Simple Speaker/Microphone Set Up
Love this device. We only use it as a speaker/microphone for meetings/Zoom calls. We don't use it for dock purposes with monitors or other devices. Nevertheless, we love that we can connect this device via a single USB-C cable to either Mac or PC and it will power the device and connect to computer for speaker/microphone. Great clarity for listening to music/shows/hearing other people speak on calls and for a microphone.
