Needed these batteries for our cordless handsets that go with our answering machine. We've had the phones and answering machine for several years so were unable to purchase these batteries at the stores where we normally purchase batteries. So I went to Best Buy and the employee that assisted me was able to order them for me and have them delivered to the store.

Very pleased!!! I am deaf and use a modified phone. I could not find a replacement battery that met the requirements for my device. The old battery had "eroded" to less than 20 minutes at full charge. This battery, which had to be ordered, has restored the usage to a full time range as originally designed. The value to me it tremendous.

I brought my phone in to test whether these batteries would fit. Associate helped carefully open package and fit- they did not fit. Refund happened on the spot. Still a Satisfied Customer.
