The JBL Bar 1000MK2 delivers an amazing surround sound experience. Movies feel immersive with clear dialogue and deep, punchy bass, and music sounds rich and well balanced. Setup was quick and easy, and the wireless speakers work flawlessly. The detachable surrounds are a great feature and really make a difference. Excellent sound quality and performance — definitely a 10/10. Highly recommended.

Best surround sound system I've ever had. Pricey but the sound quality and effects are top notch. I don't even have it up halfway and its loud. Clarity is really nice bass is insane and the surround sound is really great.

The soundbar is worth the money. Just spend the money. You won’t regret it. It was so easy to pair with the tv and you can use with other devices wirelessly.

This home theater system has surpassed my expectations! The sound quality is pristine and it feels like I am in a movie theater! I highly recommend this JBL sound system if you are in the market. It is well worth the price and has special features including speakers that detach and you can set them anywhere in a room.

If you like the high quality sound of a movie theater this is the system for you. The incredible bass from the subwoofer is unmatched, it is top of the line. This is also true Bluetooth, no wires to connect to the satellite speakers.

We previously owned an Alien 4500W speaker karaoke machine. We used the system to amplify our TV because I'm hard of hearing. When the speakers went out 2.5 years later we chose the JBL soundbar to replace the previous system. We have found that this is a better quality system than the Alien because we don't have to turn up the TV as loud as we did with the Alien. We can put the soundbar on 20-21 and I can hear it with or without my hearing aids in my ears. The surround sound is of better quality than the Alien.

I listen to many sound bars. Even bought a Bose and took it back.when I heard this one in the store I said, that's the one. I did buy an open box because it was a good deal. I dont seem to get much volume out of the satellite speakers even when I turn them up. Hopefully I just have to play with it. I just hope they are not defective.

I rated this 4 stars because my first one had connection issues. The left rear speaker would constantly disconnect. Sometimes it'd stay connected 10 minutes, sometimes 1 second. I returned ir to Best Buy and the 2nd one works much better, however, getting the right rear speaker to charge sometimes requires me to finagle it around. Outside of those issues, the sound is pretty good for a sound bar. The bass is the best of all the soundbars I've heard. JBL doesn't skimp on adding a powerful subwoofer. The dialogue can sometimes be a little hard to understand during action scenes, but that happens in a sound bar. Obviously you're not going to get what you'd get from building a big full-on home theater system at thousands of dollars. Set-up is pretty simple

Great bang for the buck system. Easy to set up, great sound for a medium sized room. This is not a system that will thrill a hard core audiophile, but that is not what this is about. I like that the detachable speaker can be charged be reconnecting to the sound bar or via USB C, I do the latter so I never have to worry about running out of battery.

A good quality of sound and style. Only downfall is the surround sound. Speakers do not keep a good charge

I’m really happy with this soundbar. The sound quality is honestly amazing it makes movies and regular TV feel way more immersive. The bass hits strong but doesn’t overpower the voices, so dialogue still sounds clear. My favorite part is the detachable side speakers. I love that you can move them around the room and still hear everything clearly, even if you’re far from the TV. It really makes a difference compared to regular soundbars where all the sound just comes from the front. The surround effect with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X makes it feel like you’re in the middle of the action. Whether it’s a movie night or just watching regular shows, the sound fills the room really well. Overall, it was a great upgrade and definitely worth it if you want better sound without setting up a full home theater system.

This was a great purchase. I got it during a sale and i was able to save money on it. It was easy to instal and connect through bluetooth to the tv. The detachable speakers last me up to three days without having to connect them back to the sound bar for recharge. The sound is great. And through the app i am able to change the sound system to adapt to my needs. Like during the night to movie theater sound like system to broadcasting. It has many different features which i love!

I bought this cause it has 3 hdmi input ports and jbl is a great brand and it was on sale but the side speakers that remove and can be anywhere in your house and the sound is amazing i highly recommend this products ive been happy over a month now

Our sound bar was easy to set up and sounds amazing. We are very pleased with the sound quality. The removable speakers make it versatile and awesome for movie night!

So far the sound quality is awesome, but the lack of adjusting the individual speaker volume much to be desired, specifically the center speaker. I love the detachable rear speakers how long they last on a charge.
