A: yes i have a samsung and it has bluetooth tech so it hooks up with most new tvs

A: I’m not sure but if you bought them less than a year ago then the warranty should still be available.

A: Yes. The cord provided has a control button too. It is only about 3' long so I'm going to use an extension if I can. That's why I bout these headphones, so I could use wireless for my cell phone and corded for my PC.. will update when it works with both as indicated, sometime in the next hour.
