Q: I noticed that this says that it is surround sound. Is it 7.1 surround sound?

A: Our JBL Quantum 100 doesn't have surround sound but is compatible with Windows Sonic Spatial Sound which is a native surround sound system built into Windows 10 and Xbox ONE consoles.

Q: is jbl made in china?

A: Our products are designed in the USA and are manufactured and assembled in China.

Q: This says it's for gaming. I want it to watch streaming and do schoolwork. Is there any reason this will not work for those purposes?

A: It will work for any purpose just fine! No issues there

Q: What is the measurement of the size of the ear pieces? my current pair is 3" x 3.5" and the padding causes my earrings to hurt my ears if I leave them in while using them, so I'm trying to avoid that in my next pair.

A: Our JBL Quantum 100 is mainly designed for gaming but it can also function as regular headphones and can be connected to a musical instrument. You also have the option to remove the Boom mic of the headphones.

JBL, headset works good not very tight around ears Very flexable , sound is very good not booming can set volume To the like , removeable mike good choice for me . Used on my tablet works great calls are great , also not worry About dropping set and breaking boom on mike thats a plus.. All in all great product..

Highly recommended
This one surprisingly offered excellent sound quality for the price I paid. The mic sound output is also very good, plus it is detachable. The material is lightweight, yet of good quality. Price is a bit more, but still affordable. I’m very happy with this purchase.
