Looking for new earbuds. My BOSE no longer hold a charge longer than an hour. Looking at the JBL Tour Pro 2 and 3. What are the differences between the two?
Answered by JBL SupportThank you for your inquiry. Here's the summary of the key differences between our JBL Tour Pro 2 and JBL Tour Pro 3: 1. Both models offer ANC, but the Tour Pro 3 has an Adaptive ANC for more personalized noise cancellation. 2. Both models have a transparency mode to let you hear your surroundings. 3. Our Tour Pro 2 has a longer battery life, while the Tour Pro 3 offers a smaller and lighter design. Ultimately, the best choice for you will depend on your priorities and budget. If you value longer battery life and a more traditional design, the Tour Pro 2 might be a better option. If you prefer a smaller, lighter design with advanced features like Adaptive ANC and Personalize Sound, the Tour Pro 3 could be the better choice.
Just wanted to make sure, these seem new to BestBuy but JBL on their website is releasing the 3rd edition of the Tour Pro in September 2024. Are these the Tour Pro 3 that are available in a few weeks or the Tour Pro 2? Its odd 2nd is "New" at Bestbuy.
Answered by JBL SupportThe "New" label at Best Buy likely refers to brand new, unopened JBL Tour Pro 2 units.
