Q: I got the primary (right) ear to pair and work but I can't get the left one to work. I even tried putting the right back in the case but the left never kicked on. I've even paired and unpaired the set to my phone 3 times and can't get the left to work

A: The left earpiece doesn't work by itself. Have to use both earpiece for the left to work.

A: Yes, our Tune 220 TWS can be paired with a PC. Once paired, you can adjust the volume using your PC volume settings.
