Good if not broken

I bought this as a birthday gift and was excited when it arrived — until I discovered it was broken right out of the box, rattling like a baby toy. The return itself was easy, but the refund from Electronics Expo (Authorized Dealer) took nearly a month, which was incredibly frustrating.
