This Jennair appliance is expensive, but it is well worth it. It is elegant just to look at it, it is also functional. Both the microwave and oven have their interior all stainless steel. The combo is beautiful, easy to clean, and has digital settings for all functions. It is definitely the most eye-catching piece in my new kitchen.

I regret it. I paid 5049 dollars for no WiFi control annd no online updates or mobile phone controls, ever running fan. Not impressed by the customer support either.

We have had a long circuitous route to get to this wall oven ( post pandemic supply, size, etc.) But it is here, installed and wonderful! The fully extendable oven rack was such a game-changer that I purchased additional extending racks! Every aspect feels well thought through and substantial. Even though it is a 27" the oven is very adequate for jelly roll size pans. I am very happy with this appliance and would recommend!

Looks great and runs great. A high end combination wall oven and microwave that is easy to use with great pre-settings.

We upgraded to this unit after ours was taking more than half a year to get in. AmaIng unit, but does have its quirks. Ours doesnt shut right, and when you go to use the microwave it doesnt work, you have to push in on the corner for it to be used.

Everything we could ask for. Fantastic oven, fair price, excellent installation of new and removal of the old. Have found that Best Buy truly earns its name every time we need a product that they carry.

I have completely enjoy baking and cooking with this new oven and microwave. If you are looking to replace your Oven, I recommend JennAir products.

We bought this model in 2/2024. It has never worked properly. The microwave squeals when the turntable rotates and very recently we started receiving error messages when we tried to preheat our oven. Jenn Air advised me they will service the units only—tgey will not replace them. What good is a service when the whole thing never worked? They do not stand behind their products. Buy elsewhere.

Review any Jenn-air double ovens very carefully before purchasing. The touch screen panels malfunction and require expensive replacement boards and most likely require professional service. This appliance also has a lengthy wait periods for repair parts. The trouble with the electronic control board can appear at anytime and is not related to age or use. I researched the error messages of this oven and found many other unhappy owners of this product. Problems occurs in both the 27 and 30 inch electric double ovens.
