Cooks very fast loving it
This Jen air is vert attractive piece. Watch out it does the job in seconds compared to my old cook top. The only thing is the knobs cleaning between them is tight. Very shiny cook top so it does show smudges im told there is something to help with that so ill bo looking . Very happy otherwise .

Great cooktop.
Took a looooong time to get delivered and I had to cut the opening in my rock countertop to make it fit, but I LOVE this cooktop! This model heats more evenly than the 36" JennAir I replaced. The range of heat is excellent too from just enough to melt butter to enough to send karo syrup and sugar above 275 when making candy. Knobs have a great feel to them and are easy to clean around. Watch your fingertips when you install it though - there is a razor sharp edge on the sheet meta under the glass lip.
