Though I measured twice following the posted instructions, had to spend an extra amount to cut the countertop to fit the range. Should have scheduled a pre-installation consultation service that Best Buy offers for free. We got lucky that the customization required very little change with no visible alteration to the overall countertop design. Jenn-Air quality shines through and the lighted (showing when and which burner is on) controls are a good feature. Overall, the range looks very sturdy and adds to the decor of the kitchen.

Great range! Works great and the design is cool. The controls are a nice touch.

Premium price tag, but not a premium product. After using this for roughly 6 months, I’m disappointed. It doesn’t light consistently. The igniters don’t seem to be reliable. It looks amazing and is very powerful. But it’s too frustrating to use. At this price, I’d expect a minimum 4 star product. And we just aren’t there.

We got this through Best Buy. It is a nice product.
