We have used the dishwasher four months now. Overall very happy. Our favorite features are the 3rd row design which allows cups, small drinking glasses, low plastic storage containers and such to be loaded and still has a large enough knives tray. We also like having lighting inside. A few design flaws we have noticed are: the cleaning action doesn't extend into the far corners of the cabinet so if you have a cup or glass with stuck-on food they do not come clean when loaded into the corners of the 2nd rack, another issue is our model which has matching cabinet panels makes it hard to see the status indicator light in daylight or with the kitchen overhead lighting on full brightness, and related to the panels the instuctions for installing the cabinet panels on the face of the dishwasher are incorrect by 1/4" and don't take into consideration a separate door and drawer panel look which is what we have - instructions are only for a single "slab" cabinet cover. These issues are why I didn't give this dishwasher 5 stars.

We almost got two dishwashers. I had no idea how large this one would be inside compared to our old whirlpool dishwasher. It is extremely large and has worked very well so far. We love it. Fits so many dishes!

JennAir has had me waiting 3 MONTHS of constant back & forths with technicians & repair people to find out why my Brand New high-end Dishwasher has a baseball-sized dent on the inside of it & leaks. Worst of the worst. Do NOT buy. #BoundByNothing
