I was sent a blanket
I purchased this device on bestbuy app and i was sent a blanket. I tried to return it at best buy lakewood CA. And the manager was so arrogant and didnt want to help. Ive been a total tech member for more than 5 yrs and yet i didnt get any help. I have contacted the seller and still both the seller and best buy pass me around. Even if its a 3rd party seller, bestbuy still has to help because they let then sell on their website or app

Great product, but connectivity inconsistent.
I couldn’t get it to connect consistently to my Lexus with the fm tuner. The headphone jack sound was awful. Ultimately, I’ll just wait until I get a new car.
