Good, but the numbers are too bright

I really like this clock. The numbers are easy to read and it is easy to operate. I haven't had a weather alarm or a real one yet, as it went off and I couldn't figure out why. The radio sound is clear and tuning is simple. HOWEVER, as I have it by my bedside, I find the numbers way too bright, even on the "low" setting. It doesn't help with sleeping or trying to sleep with a bright light next to me, so I would not recommend it for a bedside clock
