Jonathan Y - Deere 12" Adjustable Iron/Glass Cage Light LED Pendant - Black

Inspired by the lotus leaf, this piece blooms gracefully in any room--we love to see it in a bathroom or in your favorite nook of the house. Featuring an adjustable drop, it can look semi-custom, adjusting to your ceiling height. The gold finish on this piece brings elegant and timeless warmth--we love to see it paired in hallways, bathrooms, or on its own in your favorite nook.

Though originally used in pharmacies because of their simple upkeep -- the glass is simple to dust, bulbs easily changed from removing the shade from below -- this pendant's silhouette is perhaps most famously known by students of the 1950s as "the schoolhouse pendant" thanks to a large government order that made this the official light of chemistry labs until the mid-70s when fluorescents were installed (forgive them!). We took inspiration from the original -- gracious curves, simple upkeep, and adjustable drop -- because if there is one thing we have learned, it's that great design never goes out of style.

Oversized drum lights have been the top trend in boutique hotels and chic restaurants for the past couple of years, so we decided to make one scaled and designed for home use. In a matte gray metal and white glass construction, its colors are echoed not only in the shade but in the ceiling connection also. Using only a single bulb (one 9W LED bulb included), it creates maximum glow with the reflective white interior of the drum.
