Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphones. The speakers inside the EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output which means you get high-quality audio. The EarPods (USB-C) also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a press of the remote.

Enjoy your favorite tunes with these Sony in-ear headphones. The 9mm dome-type neodymium drivers deliver a powerful but balanced sound, and hybrid silicone earbuds provide a secure fit that's comfortable for long listening sessions. The lightweight design of these Sony in-ear headphones minimizes bulk, so you barely feel them in your ears.

JVC Wired Earbud Headphones offers a comfortable and secure fit. JVC's HAF17MW offer an in line one button remote/microphone which allows users to control phone calls (answer/end) and music (track forward/back, stop/start) with the touch of a button. An IPX2 rating makes them resistant to water. The cord length is 3.28ft (1.0 meter) with a slim plug that fits into any standard 3.5mm audio input.

I was looking for the apple usb-c version and they were sold out. These were the next best thing that looked similar. For the price, they are hard to beat and I would recommend them. They sound fine and the mic seems to pick up your voice well. The cons are the cord is noticeably thicker and stiffer than apple's and they seem a bit softer (less loud, not tactile).

I needed some comfortable wired headphones for work meetings. I found these on sale and had a rewards certificate to use so figured I would give them a try. First impression was that they were not as comfortable for long long meetings as the earpods that I was using previously but that could just be the shape of my particular ear. Within a couple of weeks the inline volume control buttons stopped working. Not a huge deal since I use them with a laptop and I can easily adjust the volume directly. About a month of use they were having trouble being detected by my laptop and I would need to unplug them several times before they would show up as an audio device. I confirmed that this was not due to a bad USB-C port on my laptop by try other ports and other devices (3 different mobile phones) and they all had the same issue. After about 6 weeks of use, they just stopped working all together. Coming from a name brand like JVC I expected better quality. I cannot recommend these as a viable wired earbud. I bought another set of earpods and I couldn't be happier. Learn from my experience and just buy the earpods, or any other option, but stay away from this product.

I purchased these headphones ahead of a trip to Europe. I have a new iPad and needed a new set for the USB-C. I like the adjustments for volume on the wire… why buy wired headphones?? When traveling out of the country there’s never enough oultets in the hotel room or ports in your converters to manage all of your devices. Having the wired headset opens up charging capacity while overseas and they take up less room as they don't need a special case.
