What's the best way to eat dessert? Do twins really have a psychic connection? What kind of guys are into moe girls? These are the kinds of questions that float through the inquisitive mind of anime super-fan Konata Izumi. When she's not lost in her favorite manga or logging hours in one of her online games, she's debating the mysteries of the universe with the best friends a girl could ask for. And while they might not share Konata's refined eye for anime tropes and trivia, she doesn't hold it against them. After all, Miyuki Takara is a precious moe dream girl, and twin sisters Tsukasa and Kagami are always there when she needs a helping hand or a notebook to copy homework from (even if Kagami insists on being totally tsundere about it). At the end of the day, Konata could look far and wide, but she'd never find a better group of girls to get her through the horrors of high school!
High school was never so weird! Kouta Oyamada is an uber innocent first-year high school student who transfers to Kunpo High School. On his first day at his new school, he meets a beautiful second-year female student named Chizuru Minamoto. Chizuru asks him to meet her alone in the music room where she confesses her passionate love for him and accidentally reveals to him that she is a yokai fox spirit! Chizuru constantly and openly flirts with Kouta, even in front of others, making it awkward and embarrassing for him. Soon, a wolf spirit yokai named Nozomu Ezomori transfers into Kouta's school and she is all over Kouta too! This causes Chizuru to become jealous and fight harder to compete for Kouta's affection. Kouta is out of his mind trying to cope with two competing yokai hotties! Based on a light novel by Katsumi Nishino, KANOKON's huge popularity spawned a manga series, an anime series and a PlayStation 2 game! Character designs are by Akio Takami, the famed designer for LADIES VS. BUTLERS! This important reissue features upgraded HD video, newly revised English translation and subtitles and retains all special features from the original . Audio options Japanese language track with English subtitles and English dubbed. 12 episodes/ 2 OVAs/ Extras/ 2 discs/ 360 mins.
