Caldenes Los - Tu Voz [COMPACT DISCS] Argentina - Import date 06/12/2012

First time (we think) on CD for Na Filí's 1977 Transatlantic Records album. This highly respected Irish folk trio were popular in Ireland and the UK in the late '60s and '70s. John Peel featured them on his radio show in the early 1970s before the of this album. Digitally remastered and slipcased

A richly rewarding set from Israeli alto Zvi Emanuel-Marial with arias written for alto castrato that range from the early Mozart's Mitridate to Handel's Serse and movingly featuring this gifted singer's range with his portrayal of Orfeo from Gluck's incomparable Orfeo ed Euridice.
