Kensington - Serialized Combination Laptop Lock with Preset 4-Digit Code, T-Bar Security Slot, Carbon Steel, Push-Button K67819TAA

The Kensington Combination Laptop Lock for Nano Size Security Slot is a physical security cable for thin laptops, tablets and displays that ship with the smaller Nano security slot rather than a standard T-bar opening. A resettable four-wheel number code gives 10,000 possible combinations and removes keys from the equation, so shared desks, training rooms and libraries can rotate the code between users or shifts without tracking a key ring. The cable is carbon steel for cut resistance and is wrapped in an anti-shearing plastic sleeve that resists blade attacks while keeping the cable from scratching laptop lids, desk edges and painted furniture. A slim lock head seats close against the chassis so the device can lie flat and stable on the work surface while secured, which matters for thin notebooks that sit only a few millimeters above the desk. The head pivots a full 360 degrees on the lock tip and the anchor rotates up to 90 degrees, letting the cable exit in whichever direction the anchor point allows and reducing strain on the slot when the laptop is opened, closed or repositioned. Installation is tool-free, requiring only that the code be set, the head pressed into the Nano slot and the cable looped around a fixed anchor such as a desk leg or a wall bracket. The lock suits deployments where devices stay in place overnight, including retail counters, reception desks, classrooms and open offices. The compact head and cable coil also travel well in a laptop bag for staff who move between sites. A 5-year limited warranty covers the hardware.
