For my middle-age-crisis car I recently purchased a MINI Cooper S Roadster -- a two-seater with all of the style and soul of my previous sports cars. The major problem was the MINI radio -- it was OK but barely. There is no easy way to install an after-market radio in the MINI, which has a unique and tight center stack configuration. I picked a Kenwood DNX575S, whose 6.75-inch screen size just fit in the Roadster. The two techs at the Gainesville GA Best Buy concluded at the end of the install: "Probably the toughest one we've done." But the work was superior, beautifully done and looks great -- radio, back-up camera, steering wheel controls etc. The radio itself is everything I hoped -- all the bells and whistles plus plus. The Garmin nav is user-friendly, the controls for the radio easy. DVD and CD, Apple Play (Android also available), SiriusXM ready.

Kenwood DNX575S is a good product and works perfectly for my 2006 Acura MDX. The sound quality is absolutely gorgeous, I mean, the best sound ever. The performance beats my imagination and so are the many features that came with the system. I never regret, for once, ever getting this product. With the new IOS 13 Beta, my Carplay works effortlessly. Before I updated my iPhone to IOS 13 Beta version, my Carplay used to freeze every now and then, but since the update, I have not noticed any issue. I didn't give the last star because I believe there is room for improvement and more so, there should be an update with some improvement on the UI (user interface) of the device.

I upgraded the factory installed radio because I could not bluetooth my android music. The store salesman recommended this one. This one not only does the job, but it does it great. The installer did a fantastic job, you would never know it was not a factory installed unit. If I ever get rid of my car, i am taking this with me.

This Kenwood nav/entertainment unit is packed with features - touch screen, supports two mobile phones by bluetooth, has Apple CarPlay, HD AM, FM radio, Garmin navigation with voice alerts, DVD/CD, is Sirius/XM capable with optional tuner ($50 or less), rear camera capable, front camera capable (with optional Kenwood dashcam, provides front collision alerts, delayed departure alerts, lane departure alerts (currently disabled in US), records HD traffic video and audio with time, GPS coordinates, speed, etc., for collision/insurance claims) on microSD card, offers full screen playback of recorded video and audio, connects via iDatalink maestro rr interface to vehicle Canbus data interface, provides tire pressures, door alerts, instrument cluster gauges, on supported vehicles. Did I forget anything? Tremendous value for the price. Easy on the installer, as well. BestBuy installer (Kevin) was a class act, as well. Installation was neat, clean, and unit looks like it came in the dash from the factory. My 12 year old Jeep now has a state of the art nav and entertainment system, plus 2019 new car features. Am I a happy customer? You bet!

I put this in an older vehicle and now I’m back to state of the art with instant Bluetooth connection, Apple CarPlay, intrinsically usable navigation, backup camera, steering wheel controls and hands free phone through my speakers. The microphone for the calls sounds great and clear. You get what you pay for with this setup. These 10 year old speakers never sounded so good! Now to swap them out..

I purchased this for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. It has all the features you could ask for: Android Auto (and Apple Car Play for you Apple sheep out there), built in navigation, HD radio, Sirius XM, a CD player for you folks who still (actually) buy music, and many more cool features. I love this thing, and it really brought a whole new light to driving my vehicle. I can't wait to put this to work on my cross country drive.

I am very satisfied with this unit, I’m big on sound quality and was able to adjust cross over, EQ, etc to my liking. I was surprised at how customizable the Kenwood is. The screen is bright and clear, Android auto and Apple Car play works great. Even the wife enjoys music and navigation. Great job Kenwood.

My old radio sounded good yet, but had no hands free, no digital input options such as usb, SD or smart phone integration. This unit has all that plus HD radio included, Sirius tuner hook-up capable, and it has Garmin Navigation built-in too! I just wish the Nav system and BT phone interface had voice connect built into the phone itself, instead of the BT phone interface requiring the phone handle this communication, and Garmin having no way of using voice control at all. Voice technology is apparently not the easiest thing to control, and the price of this unit was a steal. I forgive you JVC/Kenwood. ;-)

It really updated my 07 suburban, love the built in Nav, CarPlay adn SiriusXM. Sound it great Bluetooth easy to use for 2 phones. Had Geek Squad install it but have to come back for them to adjust unit to fit better and get my factory DVD system working, will update my rating once they correct the installtion. Other than that it's a great buy highly recommend it.

Installed this myself after last radio screen died. The upgraded bluetooth on this radio makes for clearer hands free phone calls. I also enjoy the fact that you can leave the navigation screen and goto the home page allowing you to goto radio or bluetooth options, and you still have an icon giving a directional heads up.

Very good unit. Easy to use, great sound. Only complaint is every time you start the vehicle, a statement bar come on screen saying all bands have been updated....does not go off without you having to “close” the alert. Very annoying! Overall great unit

I replaced my Pioneer head unit because the Bluetooth went out. I tried everything to fix it, but ended up getting this kenwood instead. AWESOME head unit. works awesome, and the navigation is LEGIT. Extremely happy with this, buttons all make sense. Easy to navigate through the menus, and switch between screens. I have had and installed a number of head units in every car I own / owned, and this is by far the best. Highly recommend.

Picked this unit up to install into my Dodge Ram. So far i LOVE it. The Nav is super easy to use, and simple to set up. Bluetooth and HD radio are both just as easy.

I only have a couple complaints: I had to buy an amp to bring the wattage up to drive my stock speakers. That tells me the Kenwood unit is lacking somewhat in power to the speakers. Another downfall to this unit, is it doesn't come with a remote. For the price tag, a $20.00 remote should be included. I ended up buying one myself and it's nice to have. I'd still recommend this Navigation cd/dvd receiver though. After a couple friends saw the unit that I installed, they are wanting one for themselves now too. In all, the unit features are nice, the DVD picture quality is very good, it's easy to set-up, and the garmin GPS is great.

Purchased for our 16 yr olds 2007 F150 to provide him a hands free phone system. Installed by Geek Squad with no problems It looks like it was original to the truck Compatible with The satellite radio subscription. We purchased the backup camera as a separate piece. I would recommend spending that little extra and have it installed at the same time. There are quite a few brackets and wires etc.. that You need to buy in addition to the radio for a complete install. The sound is amazing. The unit and all the pieces are a bit pricey but totally worth every penny. The screen display is crisp and bright. There are many options to adjust the music sound You can’t put a price on knowing you have added a level of safety with a hands free system for any driver.
