A: As far as speaker size, in a perfect world any 6x9 speaker will fit your application. However, your biggest factor in a 6x9 speaker will be mounting depth. Usually this isn't an issue but in some smaller compact cars, I've ran into it! So make sure you check! You don't want your speaker to interfere with your window operation! You will have two options for plug ins, you can use the provided pigtail that comes with the speakers, and attach them to your factory wiring. Or, 9 times out of 10 they sell an adaptor plug so you do not have to cut anything at all! Plug and play! As for replacing the speakers, you have to buy a pair, might as well install both. You will enjoy the upgraded sound quality! With 2 way speakers, you have the main woofer, as well as a tweeter. Where as with a 3 way speaker you have the main woofer, a smaller mid bass driver, and a tweeter. You can go either way, just depends on what you desire as an end result! Hope this helps!
Q: 8 ohms impedance car speaker
A: You do not need a 8 ohm speaker unless ur car is amped and the amp only supports 8ohm speakers
Q: What is the depth of the speaker? I need a shallow speaker no more than 3" deep. Thanks.
A: It’s exactly 3 inches from the outside of the speaker to the back of the magnet the mounting screws would be like 2.75 to the back of the magnet
Q: Will these fit the front doors of a 2005 Jeep Liberty?
A: These are deep speakers, I don't think it will, remember the window has to roll down and if it hits the speaker magnet the glass may shatter. Get the stock size, but, make sure that the speaker has a TRUE large poly main cone, example would be Kicker, JBL and Pioneer, hope this helps.
A: I have a 2018 price of 300 touring it to rain only 2 front door speakers because that's it
Q: Can I order jest one specker
A: NO
A: You most probably have 5x7 or 6x8(same mounting holes and bolt patterns). Get an adapter (5×7 to 6×9) and you should be fine.
