Q: Does this a/c have a drain for excess water
A: The excess water serves a purpose. The fan kicks it up onto the hot coils, cooling them. This is how it attains the energy rating of 11. If the water bothers you enough that you're willing to sacrifice efficiency, I suppose you can always drill a hole in the bottom. But don't blame me if you break your AC.
