Great window ac unit. This unit replaced another unit that I had but the only issue I had was that the specs were a little off. It’s slightly wider than it states. Still was able to use it but just keep that in mind if your limited with space.

This thing heats and cools better than our central unit in the house! We use it in our detached game room. Installation was fairly easy but really took 2-3 strong people to get it in the window correctly.

Have had for a year. Puts out excellent AC and heat. Would buy again

Unit works wonders! Turned an extremely hot house 1800sqft into a marvelous breezy sensation in less than 3 hours. I’m talking Louisiana summer heat hot.

I REALLY wish they made it more apparent this is a 220v, My fault for not checking more thoroughly but dammm, nothing worse then installing just to find out you have to have an electrician come in

Horrible. Wrong dimensions and too bulky. Frame was kind of weak

They system arrived damaged and wouldn’t work as it was suppose to.

It's been a month since I ordered my ac/heater unit. I still haven't seen it delivered to my house yet! But Best Buy has already sent me a bill for it! I would really like to have my purchase before I start making payment!
