For the price, I really don't have any complaints. I have a medium sized bedroom and this unit cools it down instantly. The remote is quirky in that it's nonresponsive if you power up the unit manually. It only works if you use the remote to power up/down the unit. You can still get the remote to take over with repeated presses of the remote button. I have seen other reviews saying that this unit did not come with all the accessories as advertised, and I can confirm that. I ended up buying a sliding door vent kit that came with all the necessary accessories anyway. As for noise level, I measured 70 db right next to the blower and about 50 db sitting on my bed about 6-8 ft away. I would say that the fan noise kept waking me up during the night for the first couple of weeks, but I don't even notice it anymore after that.

Bought it because i thought it was a good deal. Upon opening parts were missing for the install and the flexible window cover was bent and broken. After installing and letting it run for a bit, it did cool the room but it smelled like the outdoors. Cool features but not worth the hassle.

Very good a cooling off a space, my central air has been broken all summer so this makes my living room bearable compared to the rest of my house. I was hoping the dehumidifier and AC could run at the same time but they are separate settings which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Unit works well, it showed up with two broken wheels and I had to search hither and yon to find some that were compatible and not too expensive. It was packed or repacked terribly, and perhaps whoever returned it knew the wheels were broken. Maybe even they did it. But I'm the one who suffered for it. Extremely disappointed.

I thought this was a good price for the unit. I used my own foam to fit it to the window and it’s just fine. It cools my space down fast and pulls a lot of water out, which has made it much more comfortable. I’m still figuring out how if it has a delay timer. For the Clearance price and my budget, I’m happy.

I don’t really use this kind of items. But I'll tell ya this item works wonders, it cools the room without issues. I don't really like where it auto shut off and on. But it does cool yout room. I really recommend buying this item.

Excellent cooling power last year. Wheels ar a bit weak on carpet.

I haven't been able to hooks this AC up because it is missing all but 2 screws, the foam/adhesive seals for the window kit, and a few other parts. There are also another review of someone else who had the same issue.

Awesome portable air conditioner. It pushes out a lot of cold air and will cool down a room within half an hour if the room is hot. It works great in my apartment.

Excellent source of cool air as my daughter uses it for her room. Never had a portable ac and sold to buy more later.

I've only had the unit for about 2 weeks and it works great. I'm very happy with it.

Good sale but at the cost of missing parts. I want to be compensated in a way. I feel cheated.

arrived damaged. This is the 2nd one from BB that arrived damaged, same part. It's always the window kit broken in pieces

I purchased a Keystone 350 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier (Model: KSTAP10MFC, SKU: 6505876) on June 22, 2024. It's been less than three months, and it has stopped working. 09/12/2024

Compared to other portable air conditioners, this one is the worst. It blows mild air and needs a fan placed in front of it to be viable.

Upon opening the box one wheel was broken, missing the foam, screws, which I had to visit the local hardware store for… once installed Foul smell wreaked my entire apartment! I wish I would’ve done more research, This product brings down the value of Best Buy. Previous to this purchase I held Best Buy to the highest standards. This is very disappointing. This item should be discontinued.
