I used the small air-conditioned for my bed room it's a great , feel the change after 3 to 5 minutes only . it's worth the price . this is a first year will update .

This portable has a high BTU rating and has great features all at an excellent price point. It's relatively quiet and portable and it moves a lot of air. You cannot compare portables to window mounted units but if you don't have mounting options, this is a good choice.

I have two dehumidifiers from the same company and they've been working nonstop without any issues for more than a year, so I didn't hesitate buying this AC unit. It is much quieter than our old window AC. It does take floor space, but it will be much easier to remove for winter. Cools great. Love automatically closing louvres and remote control. Seems like it is moving a lot of air, as the filters need to be cleaned every few days (we do have a lot of dust in the house).

I bought this unit so i wouldn't have to run my old and inefficient central ac unit all day to keep my upstairs cool. I got the unit and at first i thought, this thing is huge... that's just the packaging. It's the perfect size, runs quiet, keeps my upstairs cool, and best of all... saved me some money. I like the remote feature with all of the modes, the motorized air sweep is really cool, and the sleep mode makes it almost silent at night. Overall, this is a great unit for the cost! I highly recommend it!

Hesitant to get this initially but took a chance as it was on sale $289. Compared to pricing with other portable AC's this had a better price. Set up was easy and had it up and running in 20 mins. Only minor con would be the insulation material but remedied that with home depot insulation foam for cheap. Cools a living room thats 14×10 ft within minutes.

The unit was very easy to set up. It keeps the room nice and cool. The unit is pretty quiet and the remote control is a nice feature.

I have owned other portable air conditioners in the past and they worked OK, but this Keystone outperforms any other portable air conditioner that I have ever owned and so easy to set up and use. This unit cools down my entire apartment with ease. I first hesitated buying this particular air conditioner because of its low price, but am so glad that I invested in this Keystone portable air conditioner. It is great!!

At first I thought I was going to return the product before I'd even open it. To my surprise once I had it all set up I was wonderfully surprised at how cool it got my room so quickly. I love the air conditioner.

I purchased this little guy a few months ago - it has been running since I received it. It's quite easy to set up and really cools the room down. If I leave the door to my bedroom room open, it cools that room down, too. It looks like a little robot! Mainteneance is easy - dust it off and wash filters 1-2 times a month (we have cats). It's also very nice to be able to keep my window clear for plants and the view. The unit has a low hum, which helps with napping!

I decided this year not to run the central a. Unit due to the cost so I bought this ac unit for the bedroom and let me tell you it is great worth every penny I spent on it I would highly recommend this ac unit to all it was so easy to install and to move around the house. Go get yours today my electric bill is now under control

I bought this as a gift for my sister. There cottage up north has electric heat and windows that slide sideway. So no traditional A/C and no ductwork. This unit works perfect. Last weekend was in the 90's and we were canning tomatoes and beets, beshells of tomatoes and beets. It kept the entire house at 70 degrees. My brother-in-law said if he had known how easy it was to install and use, they would have bought one years ago.

Easy setup out of the box, had my daughter's room beyond cool within minutes. I got more than what I expected. It's a very quiet unit and it works so well we keep her door open during really hot days to help the main AC unit in the livingroom.

We replaced our window air conditioner with this Keystone portable air conditioner and so glad we did. It cools really well, quieter and love that it is so easy to move to other parts of our house.

This air conditioner is something that really does cool. Though because of my NYC apartment I wish it had more versatility in how it plugs and is positioned with the window. Also the tube that connects to the window is very stiff so it is not nearly as mobile as the ad described. However, I love it and it has made this summer livable!

had some trouble with instructions & getting in window & filling the gaps; bottom of box was coming off as carried to my porch; I chose for long cord & called to confirm it was 6 feet but a little short for my needs, but after got it going it is doing the job so far on these hot, humid days

I researched several different brand and models before deciding on the Keystone 550 Square Foot air-conditioner. Out of the box there is little to assemble and I had it up and running within 15 minutes. Cools extremely fast and has all of the extra remote control features I need. Works better than what I paid for. Very happy with my purchase.

The unit is heavy; caution should be taken when unboxing. It is quite powerful enough to cool a 550 sq. ft. area. Like many portable AC units, it is loud, but it gets the job done. I'm not deducting points for this. This is something that the purchaser should expect.
