This amp was purchased to power my JL 10" subwoofers. They are wired to 2 ohms, and this amplifier is a perfect match. I have abused this amp every day for over one month, and it rarely gets hot. It is super small, so it can be mounted almost anywhere. I am blown away by the sound produced by such a small unit. If you are on the fence about buying, I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Great small amplifier. I am using this Kicker 800.1 to power 2 Kicker 12" CompVR 4ohms Subwoofers in a sealed 1.25 cubic feet box and it BOOMS great. I have my 2 subs wired in a parallel connection to make it a 2ohm load and I am sure this cxa amp is putting out what it states - 2ohms 600watts rms. One small problem I had the first week of using this amp was it would go into protect mode. I looked at my power/ground wires and agu fuse and they looked okay. I doubled checked my agu fuse again and found the problem. It was not blown but the connection inside this fuse was loose so it did not give this amp the current/voltage it needed to power up so that is why it would go into protect mode. I switched to MANL fuse instead and now I have no more problems whatsoever anymore. I am happy with this purchase!

Very compact! I have this installed in my 2018 Honda Accord and it is mounted to the bottom of my rear deck as I didn't want it on my back seat. This is pushing a 12" Kicker CompVX sub (previously a 12" CompR) and it hits hard, actually more bass than I intended to get. I had to lower my bass level. Definitely recommend especially if you can get it on sale.

Wonderful Amp in a small package. Haven't had any issues with it in the year+ that I've owned it. It has multiple terminals so if you want to do more than one sub you don't have to bridge them. My experienover all has been great with this amp. I would 100% recommend this to a budget audiophile.

It is a very nice sounding hard hitting champ impressed with its performance and does not get hot. Its pushing 2 10s in a sealed box in a truck

This amp is pushing 2 15” subs mighty hard and only turned about half way up so no problem with overheating from hours of constant use

Picked this up for my wife for Christmas along with the Kicker CompC Loaded Enclosure Dual Single-Voice-Coil 2-Ohm 10 inch Subwoofers and she absolutely loves it. Very powerful amp for it's size and a great value for what it cost

Very powerful amp. Small and compact gives you the availability to intall in various vehicles were space is limited. Would definitely recommend, I own two that were installed on my personal vehicles.

Rating it base on product itself, powers my subwoofers without issue and sounds great. However, buyer beware !! Originally purchased from Best Buy online. Stated it was “New” in Box. They had 1 left in stock and was charged full price. Picked no issues went home to install and appeared to have been and open box item with wear marks as if it was previously mounted to something as well as the Allen screw for power wire input and mounting accessories and screws were missing. I have much experience with kicker and other Car audio products and normally when NEW they come with a Certificate with a model number and stamped inspection number. This one did not. I returned within a couple of hour and explain to the employer at the return desk of the issue and I think she was more upset than I was and very apologetic. Not her fault. She returned it and i received full refund. Then went to kicker and ordered it factory direct. My own fault for being lazy and not going in the store and opening the box to examine contents if it’s not frowned upon.

I thought this amp would be sufficient to drive my Kicker 10 “ RT shallow mount woffers . This little amp drives them to the max. Excellent amp, small it size but very powerful!

Perfect side piece for my Kicker Subwoofer. Really lets the Sub kick and easy to adjust for different genres.

I initially got the CXA400.1 and it was a great amp, but my speakers required a higher 4ohm rms, so I exchanged it for this amp. Incidentally this is the same size as the CXA400.1 it was Exactly what I needed. Kicker is super reliable, and very well built. I got an aftermarket bass knob for this and I have to turn it down to about 1/3 of the rotation. Bass is incredible. I don’t like listening to loud bass but I do like a little more depth to my music. This may be overkill for my needs but I guess I can thump anytime I want!

This is a solid little powerhouse monoblock that can push a couple of subs pretty good.

800 watts @ 1ohm is very impressive for the size of the amp. Plenty of power and the small size makes it easy to tuck away

I like the size and seems to have plenty of power for the single 10 sub I’m running

Very happy with this 800watt rms Kicker amp. Purchased this to power 2 Skar audio subs in custom ported box 1,000 watts rms at 1 ohm and gain set at 25% and i can feel the subs vent in the front seat of a 2019 Nissan Titan XD.

This little amp kicks some serious butt. I picked up a pair of L7 solo baric 8inch subs at 4ohms. I wired them down to 1ohm to achieve the most outa this amp and WOW! Anyone not aware of how ohms work highly need to google before buying

This thing packs a punch and it super small to be mounted almost anywhere! Came rated at 878 RMS @ 1 Ohm but I’m Running it with a single 12” L7T 2 ohm hopefully pushing around 600RMS Barley turned over halfway on the amp and paired with the bass knob my system hits perfectly.
