I’m actually rather impressed with this sub. I’m a bit of a bass head and I had a massive 3000watt amp and a 13” 82pound sub in my truck. I was tired of not having cargo space so I gave this a try. I have a 500 watt amp on it and it sounds fantastic! I drive a big ol Suburban and it holds its own in my truck!

I went from originally having a single kicker comp R 12in to this model not expecting that much change but oh my gosh it is so so worth the extra money. The base is not only heavier but cleaner smoother deeper and all around much more enjoyable, and somehow does not cause my trunk to vibrate as much. Trust me this is a great subwoofer and will not let you down very strong quality that will last for years and can beating.

I’ve purchased this brand and model in the past and that subwoofer lasted me almost a decade. Not bad for a young 24 year old who always played loud music in his car. My only issue when attempting to purchase this product came from my local Best Buy staff not knowing where this subwoofer was when I first went to their store. The lady looked around and got help from another lady and neither of them could find it and they were doing their best to find it, even looking in the(now defunct) car stereo installation section of the store. I returned about 2 months later after seeing that it was still available for store pickup and this time they had it on the shelf(albeit with the box opened lol). They should have marked down the price to be honest but I wasn’t gonna make a big deal about it, I’m sure none of those young workers workers at that store even knew what the heck that big speaker was for haha. #BASSheads

This thing moves a lot of air! It plays loud, low and clean. It's just enough, but you can turn up the bass knob to easily make it "too much." Teeth rattling, eyelid fluttering, breath taking too much. I like having choices! ( ;

I am very satisfied with this subwoofer preloaded box. I have it hooked up to a kicker 800.1. I do believe this set up is as loud if not louder than my two kicker cop 12 inch VR's that I had before.

It's beautiful, easy to set up & great sound! No more worrying about spending money on cheap speakers!

Picked it up yesterday, hooked it up right away, pushing (650-700 RMS) and hooked up to the epicenter, oh yeah it bangs. Had to remember how to drive with that much bass again.

Excellent sounding bass. Have it paired with an american bass ph2500.1 amp in a 4 door Tacoma and it slams. Just remember that subwoofers do have a break in period and you'll not be disappointed

This 12 L7 has a relatively small footprint and outputs a great amount of bass. I will however be returning it, not due to defects or quality. It’s a great product, but I found downsizing from a 15” type r isn’t going to work for my large vehicle. Replacing with a 15” kicker cvx in a prefab ported enclosure.

Well worth the extra $150!!! Install it yourself for the extra touch of satisfaction… BIG Sound, Small Package.
