Let Your Dim Light Shine was released in 1995 as the big follow-up to the 1990s alternative rock milestone Grave Dancers Union, which featured their biggest hit Runaway Train. Once again did the band achieve platinum status, with three singles hitting the charts. 'Misery' even reached #20 in the US Billboard Top 100 and was even parodied by 'Weird Al' Yankovic, probably the best indicator of being a huge band in 1990s. The album was produced by Butch Vigs, who produced Nevermind (Nirvana), and helped to keep the signature alternative sound of the band´s previous albums intact. Till this day, the album is seen as a highlight in the bands 40-plus-year career. Let Your Dim Light Shine is available as a 30th anniversary edition of 2000 individually numbered copies on flaming colored vinyl. LISTEN //youtu. Limited edition of 1000 numbered copies on silver coloured 180-gram audiophile vinyl. It's hard to believe that it has been over 35 years since Candy Dulfer rose to fame with her high-profile collaborations with Dave Stewart (the worldwide number 1 smash InchLily was hereInch) and of course, the legendary Prince, whose tongue-in-cheek recommendation (InchWhen I want sax, I call CandyInch) in the InchPartymanInch video made the world sit up and notice the young, glamorous and talented sax player at his side. Candy has been fortunate to work - both in the studio and on stage - with some of the biggest names in music, including Van Morrison, Maceo Parker, Sheila E., Mavis Staples, Lionel Richie, Beyoncé, Pink Floyd, Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, and many others. Despite these high-profile collaborations, Candy mainly focused on her solo career, starting her own band at age 13 and touring the world ever since. The Essential contains an overview of all the fantastic songs she recorded both solo as in collaboration with other musicians. This 17 tracks double LP includes famous songs like InchSax-a-Go-GoInch, InchLily Was HereInch, and InchSaxualityInch. Album Tracks 1. Lily Was Here (Feat. Dave Stewart) 2. Dance 'Till You Bop 3. Sax-A-Go-Go 4. Pick Up the Pieces 5. Funkyness 6. Girls Should Stick Together (Feat. Trijntje Oosterhuis) 7. So What 8. Bob's Jazz 1. 2 Funky 2. Wake Me When It's Over (Feat. David Sanborn) 3.
