Made of fully forged stainless steel, the meat scissors heavy duty are rust-resistant for lasting use, balancing high-performance with a durable edge. The handles on the poultry scissors are a full 5/16” thick with a tailored design to keep hands comfortable while cutting. Our meat cutting scissors come apart for easy cleaning — simply pull the two blades apart, thoroughly clean both blades, and realign the interlocking screw to recombine the blades.
