  • Features
    • Hard Food Disposer: false (This feature has blades to chop and disintegrate hard food particles, making them small enough to easily drain away. This prevents them from being recirculated back onto dishware and allows for easy maintenance.)
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)
    • Operating Sound Level: 44 decibels adjusted (Today's appliances are pretty quiet. To get a sense for how quiet you'll need, think about having a conversation in the same room. • Steam Cleaning: false (Wash cycle that primarily uses steam to loosen food debris and clean fragile dishware without force.)
    • Steam Pre-Wash: false (Loosens food debris by creating steam inside the washer before the primary wash cycle, allowing for an easier, gentler clean of dishware.)

Q: I have the same question the other person asked but got no answer to... does this have a panel or where can I buy one? I just need bisque color but my cabinets are not new so where to buy a panel?

A: No, you provide the panel, comes from the cabinet maker, the cabinet maker will need the make/model for the machine for the proper dimensions of the panel, you will also need cabinet door handles to match what you already have. If the cabinet maker is unknown, or no longer in business, the only other option would be to find something close and trim to fit, or go to a customer cabinet maker and have one made.

Q: my existing panel is 24 inches x 34 1/12. Is there a way to shim the bottom so I don't have 1/2 inch reveal at the top of the cutout.

A: Hello dm, We would only suggest a new panel for the Dishwasher. See page 14 for Dishwasher Height Adjustment. Here is a link for you: https://bit.ly/33V8dx5

Q: We are ready to install this 24” top kitchen aid dishwasher machine and wondering if we need to have an air pocket for this dishwasher? I know some newer models don’t need it. Please clarify thank you !

A: Hi Gabi, To determine if your installation would require air pocket we would recommend to review the installation instructions. We hope this helps.

Q: What are the exact specs/dimensions for the custom front panel?

A: MarkN, the dimensions are: 34 1/2 inches tall, 23 8/9 inches wide, and 23 4/5 inches deep. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our KitchenAid Appliances!

Q: is it possible to get a white toe kick for this model?

A: kb, unfortunately, we cannot recommend altering the toe kick that was specifically engineered for this model of Dishwasher. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our KitchenAid Appliances!

Q: Does this dishwasher come with a custom panel on it?

A: No, the Dishwasher will accept a custom panel, but the customer would need to have the panel made.
