First of all, I need to give a warning. If you purchase this online AND schedule installation at the same time, be sure to CALL BEST BUY AND CONFIRM that your installation is actually scheduled. My account said I had a scheduled installation (gave me a date and time) but it apparently didn't register with BB. I called the day before to be sure they were coming and BB customer service said they hadn't received my schedule request and that the machine was still in a warehouse in another state. It took another full week to get in installed. Save yourself the grief and be sure to confirm, no matter what your account with BB may say. Now that I've said that, I'm very happy with the dishwasher. I've run 2 loads so far and everything comes out clean and it's super quiet. Apparently quiet dishwashers don't have a grinder, as is the case with this one, and in the place of that there's a filter that needs to be cleaned. I've read complaints about that and I don't understand what there is to complain about. You just lift it out and rinse it. I've shown a picture of it and it couldn't be easier. To expand on the quiet - our bedroom is off of the kitchen. I scheduled a 4 hour delay last night so it must have started around 2:00am. I am a light sleeper and I didn't hear anything at all. It looks good and feels high quality. The feel and sound of the door when I shut it reminds me of the solid thunk of an airplane door being closed. The handle has a sleek industrial look and it feels good in the hand. If you're very detail oriented, I should mention that the caps on the end of the handle are red. The buttons are sensitive so if I brush them I can hear them beep. I can tell that I'm going to have to be careful about that. I like the third rack, though it's taking some time to get used to because I go back and forth on what to put where. It does seem like it holds more than my old Whirlpool. I recommend this. I'm giving 4 stars for value because I judge value by longevity as well and I can't attest to that. I hope we get many years out of it.

After a couple of months and daily use I can say this is a great dishwasher, I feel it's worth the price. Best points: 1) It's quiet. For all intents and purposes it's unnoticeable. The loudest noise (and it's not loud at all) is the sound of the water jets hitting a large bowl if you happen to have one in there. 2) It holds a lot of stuff. The 3rd (top) rack is useable - great for glasses, cups and long flat utensils. 3) It cleans and dries really well. The only times I've had anything wet after a cycle is glassware lids with a gasket and/or an errant bowl/cup not facing down. (Can't really fault those.) 4) I have to comment on the door closing feel; it feels/sounds awesome, like a bank vault. Could be better (not really problems): 1) With the top mount controls you often accidentally press a button when closing the unit. It doesn't start, just you feel the need to press "cancel" 2) The ProWash (best) cycle takes a long time. (Couple hours? I never measured it.). Because it fits so much, and it's quiet, we run it later in the evening. 3) I was initially a little disappointed it is not flush the surrounding cabinetry, it sticks out about an inch. I'm over that now. (See pic) We'll see how it holds up in the long run but so far I have zero regrets even with the higher price.

So far I am very happy with this purchase. It feels so much bigger than my last dishwasher. I LOVE the third row and how it has it’s own water sprayer. Everything gets really clean and it is quiet, not Bosch quiet but close enough. The only thing that loses points is the install, the guys were nice but b/c of covoid they were quick to leave before I could inspect it fully. It wasn’t lined up straight and they pushed my trim in with the dishwasher. I called Best Buy back, no return call which was disappointing. We ended up fixing it ourselves. So 5 stars for dishwasher and 4 stars for install.

We absolutely love this dishwasher. It is super quiet, it cleans the dishes/pots/pans/casserole dishes impeccably clean, the drying function works perfect (including tupperware containers and lids). Our silver ware has never come out cleaner.. And we had no idea how important and handy that third shelf is. AND, in addition to all that the ball bearing drives on the 3 trays are so SMOOTH OPERATING. In addition our Best Buy Technician removed the old one, installed the new one in a little over an hour. He had the proper PPE and was respectful of our home.

So far loving this dishwasher. I don’t really believe any dishwasher can really clean “better” than another, and that part is fine. Its real value is in its capacity. It maximizes space in a way I’ve found no other dishwasher does, all three racks being completely usable. My tallest pots fit in the bottom, all “normal” sized things like plates and cups in the middle, and due to the shape of the top rack, bowls, smaller dishes, and cooking utensils go great in the top. If I had any complaints, it’s that the top right of the top rack some dishes tend to not get clean, and the mesh of the bottom silverware basket is too wide so silverware tends to fall through

This d/w is great. Only compliments from us. People mentioning noise problems need to pony up another $800 for the quietest d/w's on the planet. At 44db, I can tell you it's quieter than the Whirlpool (same parent company). We had a new Whirlpool in another home, rated at 47db. And we could barely hear THAT Whirlpool d/w! No pump noises from either brand. The d/w pumping water into the sink drain may cause a little noise & bother some very sensitive people. BUT that would be the case regardless of any brand/model you bought. Just plug the drains while it's running! I ABSOLUTELY love this redesigned 3rd tier, Free Flex rack. It allows for largest glasses UNDERNEATH it + ability to lay cooking utensils AND small bowls in the 3rd rack; plus shelves are adjustable. IF you wash a lot of wine glasses and want stem guides, this model only has two. That's not an issue for us. AND the utensil handle holders -- you drop utensil handles into guides on the utensil caddy -- are great AND of different widths. One person here complained BECAUSE the handle guides were different sizes. No problem by us! The varied guide sizes accommodate different size handles!!! If you have THAT many utensils to wash, just unlatch the guides and use the holder the conventional way. That OR install a SECOND dishwasher -- you need it. This model offers enough settings to handle quick washes all the way up to really dirty crap! It has an enhanced dry cycle, if needed. And it gives 2-4-8 hour delay options. Some people want to set by an hourly basis. It might be nice, but I see it as overkill and probably a much more expensive "add-on" in the highest level hoity toity washers. LOL. I think you be happy BUT we always buy the extended warranties from someone (this time, Best Buy). Frying a circuit board is pretty easy today, considering the power being sent to your house is not always conditioned well. The extended warranty and a $29 appliance circuit breaker -- it turns itself back on when power is restored, but only after the power is steadied out -- are probably worth it today! Happy washing!

Our KitchenAid dishwasher is the best! It looks great in our kitchen with all of our other major appliances by KitchenAid and it runs very quiet. It’s difficult to determine whether or not it is even running because it is so quiet. The sisters are cleaned thoroughly. The third rack is extremely useful and being able to adjust the middle rack is helpful as well. We are very happy with our purchase!

I recently purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! This appliance has truly transformed my kitchen experience. We had a Keitnaid dishwasher installed by the previous owner. It worked great until my son started jumping on the door when it opened and broke the springs. Even though it was still working, the door would slam down, which was dangerous for the kids. So we decide to replace it and purchase this unit. We had it for two weeks so far, and we love it. Now we have the 3rd rack and can put chopsticks on the top shelf. The installation was fast and great, and On-time; the dishes were clear and dry. Very good experience so far.

The third rack is a game changer. It seems to clear my counters of dirty dishes- this washer holds much more than my old washer and cleans beautifully. I’m finding I don’t need to spend as much time pre-cleaning prior to washing which saves water and time. It is as quiet as it professes and has been consistently trouble free. A little more money up front but I am pleased with the quality and performance so far! It feels a little fun to use because my old washer was so fussy and requires so much Pre-wash and are-wash, which is NOT a problem with this washer and this brings me joy.

I did a lot of research and looked at all dishwasher. I kept coming back to this one because of how the third rack was designed. It's even better then I thought it would be. I've had it for two months now and use it very day. When we first got it wife wanted to set the timmer because she thought it would be to noisey why we were watching TV. I said you won't need the timmer. She was amazed how quiet it. Love love love this dishwasher. I tell everyone how great it is.

Replaced my 19 year old kitchenaid dishwasher with a newer model when I remodeled my kitchen. It is so quiet it’s hard to know if it is actually running. Love some of the newer features like letting you know if the dishwasher is clean by activation of a clean light and the addition of the 3rd shelf are great additions. Looking forward to another 19 years of continuous service. Thanks KitchenAid for making quality products.

This dishwasher has a ton of space. The third rack for cups in amazing. Cleans dishes on the first cycle. Best bang for your buck. Love our kitchen aid. Thank you Best Buy for the fast and easy delivery and installation.

So I needed a new dishwasher. Shopped online for a couple of weeks. Narrowed it down to 2 and chose the Kitchenaid. Best purchase ever. It cleans and dries my dishes great. Stainless inside and out and is extremely quiet. I recommend this one. You will not be disappointed.

Was skeptical about purchasing due to lack of modern features compared to the competition. However, every cycle I run the dishes comes out sparkling! Sometimes plastic items pool water and aren’t totally dry. However, everything else comes out dry and ready to use! We knew it was either LG, Bosch or kitchen aid. We had a model like this one before and it never let us down so we figured stick with the brand that is tried and tested. LG was also high on the list but I saw too many issues with a leaking door. A good Bosch was out of our budget as well. A little louder than expected but with all the jets I completely understand.

This dishwasher is so quiet and i love the 3rd rack! Easy to load and the settings are easy to see since they are illuminated. Had a kitchenaid at our previous house so when we moved recently, i knew we had to replace the previous dishwasher with a Kitchenaid!

This dishwasher is the quietest we have EVER had!. It's large capacity and the 3rd rack make it easy to load and get everything in.

Very good dishwasher, easy to use , has a lot of room and very quiet during operation. Anti finger print /mark was very helpful .

I absolutely LOVE this dishwasher! I am very pleased with the THREE racks, how well is cleans my dishes, and especially how QUIET it is! I’m sure we will have this appliance for many years but, when it does need to be replaced, we will definitely purchase another KitchenAid from Best But!
