Worth every penny! Looks great, Ultra quiet I don’t even know it’s on! Dual info screens for different viewing angles always keeps you updated on what it is doing, fits everything with the third rack and comes out squeaky clean, the LED lights inside are a great bonus! So happy with our purchase.

We love our new Kitchenaid Dishwasher model #KDPM704KPS-2! So quiet that if it was a baby i would be putting a mirror up to it to see if it was breathing! This model has the pull-handles and smooth-glide rollers on the racks which makes all the difference! A pleasure! The top third rack with one deeper side is fantastic; we always have tons of stuff to put on that top rack! We actually fight over loading! “Why are you doing that, I was going to do that!”. lol We love our fabulous luxury grade Kitchenaid dishwasher-worth every penny!

So far, this is a good unit. It cleans very well, but I am concerned with build quality. The rear water feed tower was loose and the middle rack "snaps" into place which makes it hard to pull away from when extending the middle rack. I can see this breaking since this is plastic which is being exposed to high temps. My unit was also missing a toe kick which I had to purchase online.

Great machine!! Cleans awesome, and so quite!! Very pleased!

So far, we are really loving this dishwasher! For some reason, the dishwasher is the most replaced appliance in our home - we have tried every major brand now with this KitchenAid and it seems to be the clear winner (even better than Bosch - WAY better than our Bosch, which was my least favorite one by far.) The third rack is amazing, the light inside is game-changing, and the machine is super quiet. Also, the dishes actually come out dry with the extended dry option! Anytime the appliance I want is available at Best Buy, that is where I will be buying it because the company they use for deliveries and installation is top notch. Last year, I had to last-minute get a new oven just before Christmas. Best Buy was the only place that could get one to me in time. Before that purchase, I am not even sure I knew that they sold large appliances but after my 3rd amazing experience, it is where I will look first from now on. They are always on time, polite, knowledgeable, and quick! Our installation had to be rescheduled a few times but in these particular times, it was 100% understandable and communication throughout the process was fantastic.

This is our 4th dishwasher (have had them since 1980), and it is by far the best one we have ever had. Here are the pluses: 1. Super quiet. 2. Best cleaning of all, including pots and pans! 3. The third rack is great, especially for coffee cups and larger flat utensils. 4. Pretty much everything gets dry. 5. Wine glass holders are very useful and movable. 6. The height of the second rack is easily adjusted. 7. Interior LED lighting. 8. Looks great. The minuses: Intermittent whirring noise; not always but annoying when it happens. Might be caused by placement of some items, but not sure. We had it delivered and installed by Best Buy and they were pleasant and efficient.

Unfortunately, we had to buy a new dishwasher during a pandemic. That is one of the worse times to buy an appliance. So many of the products were not being manufactured. I spent hours researching on the Internet and canvassing the store. I narrowed down my research to this particular model by KitchenAid after reading reviews by other customers. Overall, a KitchenAid is a reliable dishwasher. After having it installed, we are very happy with it. It even has a light on the inside. I love the three racks. It seems so spacious holding more dishes than our previous dishwasher did. It is quiet and does an excellent job in cleaning the dishes. We love it!!

This dishwasher has an extremely large capacity. Three racks, each having its own individual adjustments. The door is solid, not flimsy and the racks and wheels are well designed. Does a great job of cleaning.

Just installed this dishwasher last week and am really enjoying it. My wife loves it. There is a lot of space in this unit since we can put coffee mugs and glasses on the 3rd rack, bowls on the middle rack, and plates on the first rack. The machine is nice and quiet and leaves our dishes very clean. We used to clean off our plates before loading into the dishwasher, but now we just scrape off scraps into the trash and put directly in. They come out extremely clean and dry. The only water pooling we’ve noticed is on the concave bottoms of plastic Tupperware. Even that is a quick wipe before putting away. Lids and other plastic items have come out dry.

This replaces my previous KitchenAid dishwasher, which lasted 25 years! I love the new one. The dishes are so clean! Cleans better than the older one. The black front panel actually conceals LED lights which give the status of what the machine is doing or if the dishes are clean. I prefer it much more than a hidden control model which would tell me nothing. The LED lights inside are surprisingly useful. Quiet operation, but not silent. The dishes do not come out 100% dry, but the minor amount of water on them is not a big deal given how clean the dishes are.

The 3rd rack and adjustable middle one make it seem like it's 25% larger than my old one even though it takes up the same hole in the cabinet. This model has racks that are specifically made to glide more smoothly than other machines and it's not hype. It's very noticeable how smooth they slide. It's so amazingly quiet I hardly know it's running.

Love the top rack, it is so nice to not have water sitting on the top of the glasses that have a recesses bottom. Very quiet and really like the little "clean" on the front when it is done. The drawers slide very nice and the spacing of the tines works for larger items as well as smaller ones. The bottom drawer has a section you can adjust for width that is also really nice. The install was a lot of work compared to others as many parts to take off and the not sure why they don't include the adapter to get to water line and the part for the electrical wire to go into the box. Would also be nice to be able to adjust the back feet from the front like several other brands. Once installed it is wonderful but that area could use a little more engineering to make it easier. Overall best dishwasher we have had and would recommend it.

I'm really enjoying this dishwasher unit. It looks really nice and sleek in our modern home. I like that the panel actually tells us if it's washing or clean. My last dishwasher we had no clue and often opened it when running! It cleans really well and dries great too. Barely any water left in the unit when complete. The third row is awesome. I put smaller glasses and coffee mugs up there to leave more room for bowls in the typical top row. I gave it 4 stars only because it was more money than I wanted to spend on a new dishwasher. Not a lot in stock with COVID! So I'm grateful this one was. Now that I've spent the money, I'm happy.

Where do I start with this dishwasher it was built well very good quality stainless steel In-N-Out where it matters runs super quiet barely can hear it. We cook a lot in this family and it's been cleaning everything we've been throwing at it like a champ. Would definitely buy again and would recommend.

We are happy with the purchase of our new GE refrigerator. It certain meets our needs and looks good in our kitchen. I did have an issue with the installation beginning with the fact that the delivery set up guys, while being very professional, were not well equipped both in terms of experience and having the right tools to do this job. The refrigerator was a bit wider than the door into our house and they had to remove all the doors, including my front door. What should have been a couple hour install took well over 3. Additionally, they damaged the lower left side of the unit and the inside of the left door had two blemish bumps, not the installers fault. We have had a number of installs done by the Geek Squad - this one was not the best.

We have never purchased a KitchenAid Product before and it's been great. Easy to install, quiet and cleans our dishes 100% better than our last dishwasher. Was surprised that it lights up inside and it's very quiet. I would highly recommend.

This dishwasher holds more dishes than any I have ever seen. Some clever engineer figured out a way to put in a third rack that is not just for silverware. And there is even a light inside which is helpful. Great purchase!

We love this dishwasher. It has ample space for all size items, and is easy to load and unload. It also has an interior light, which is a real asset, and it’s quiet.
