This kit came with the 3 pasta attachments and fresh prep attachments. I got this while it was on sale for $99! I was able to make the most amazing spinach fettuccine noodles. There is nothing like fresh pasta. The pasta rollers and cutters were so easy to use and clean (I just used a new clean stiff bristle paint brush). I have not used the fresh prep attachment yet, but I highly recommend this product.

I am beyond pleased with this! I have wanted to make pasta for years, and since these attachments were on sale for $99, I jumped at the chance! It was well worth it. Just find a good YouTube video and it’s super easy to make. The freshest pasta I have eaten in years!

Makes excellent fresh fettuccini with minimal effort. Fresh lasagna noodles made for much better lasagna than the over salted frozen store bought pans. Easy to attach and use. Works great on a 18 year old mixer.

This was a gift to me. I love this attachment and plan on getting all of them. This makes for GREAT pasta and other recipes. I love it. In my pictures, I made sheets of pasta for Wonton Noodles. I used a cookie cutter to make them round.

Easy to use and makes wonderful pasta. Hooks up to the front of the Kitchenaid mixer. Thought it was going to be much more difficult to use than it actually was.

I don’t like to cook but this thing is so much fun! Easy to hook up. Pasta dough goes through easily. It’s amazing to make your own pasta. Tastes unbelievably delicious (pic is of spinach pasta). My kids like to run the dough through so good family activity. At some point will do non-carb dough pasta using lentils. I have not used the other attachments for slicing yet so can’t comment on those.

Does what it’s supposed to do! Makes pasta easy. Having the roller and two cutters is great! The fresh prep attachments were a nice bonus. Grated cheese very nicely and sliced carrots so far.

If you have a KitchenAid stand mixer already, you know how this works. These add-on is high quality and will probably outlive you for how durably built it is, just like the mixers. Do yourself a favor and make homemade pasta a cinch with this thing. If you're a home cook, you should be making homemade pasta anyway. This thing costs less than a stand-alone pasta maker and does just as good a job, though its fairly small in terms of width. That's never been a problem for me in my household. What difference does it make if I have to run ten narrower sheets of pasta dough through it for the right amount of pasta instead of five wider sheets? In my experience, no difference at all. But homemade pasta, that makes all the difference in the world.

The pasta set has a solid feel. Mounting the roller and getting everything to work smoothly was easier than I expected. I use the recommended flour mix, and am pleased with the fettuccine. I haven't tried the spaghetti cutter yet. Cleaning is relatively straight forward. The slicer/shedder attachment seems a lot more fragile, but is convenient for jobs where a food processor is overkill. In comparison to a food processor, cleaning is easier and the only limit on how much you can slice/shred is the size of your bowl.

This is my second 3-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set. My first was lost due to a family tragedy 2 1/2 years ago, but I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, my KitchenAid Classic Tilt Head was lost too. When I bought a KitchenAid 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift to replace my Classic, I knew I had to get this set too. It was part of so much fun in my kitchen. Every time I got a chance, I would invite friends or family over to make pasta. Great memories and hopefully many more. I can recommend a great digital pasta cookbook, if you're interested. This is my first Slicer/Shredder attachment, though. I haven't used it for cheese or vegetables yet, but I did use it to grind nuts for Christmas cookies. It took a little trial and error, but it was all I had.

The KitchenAid 3-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set and Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment (KSMVSPR Silver) are fantastic additions to any kitchen. The pasta roller effortlessly creates perfect pasta, while the slicer/shredder attachment makes prep work a breeze. Both are durable, easy to use, and clean. Highly recommended for KitchenAid stand mixer owners looking to elevate their cooking experience.

Surprised my wife with the pasta maker as she has been wanting to learn to make her own pasta for sometime. When asked why she doesn’t do it, she replied it’s too much work. I googled how to make pasta and learned it was very easy and few ingredients. I also learned that it was the process of rolling and cutting that was the lengthy process. These attachments made the process much easier and less of a headache for her. They are well made and solid. Each attachments easily weighs five pounds. They are made in Italy. Would definitely buy again if had to, but don’t think that will be. They will likely be passed down to our next generation.

This was a gift for my sister. She loves it! She thanks me over and over again! She had a conventional pasta maker that she used and would remark on how she needed another set of hands to keep it from moving, roll it and guide the pasta at the other end. She was so pleased with how easy the KitchenAid pasta cutter is to use! The attachments are are quality made, sturdy, easy to change and set the dial thickness and then she has her hands free to guide the pasta coming out. She loved the extras prep attachments as well. She made her whole meal easily and her family enjoyed the results!
