Updated our KitchenAid oven/microwave and so glad we did. Love the new features like the microwave also having an auto steamer, crisper and convection oven and they all work beautifully. And the oven is beautiful with the blue enamel finish and large viewing window. The panel is clean and simple looking with just the time showing if you’re not using it. When you are using it, instructions are easy to follow. Can’t think of anything we don’t like about it and installing it into the previous KitchenAid oven space was a breeze.

Excellent Wall oven/microwave combination. The air fryer works well for a large amount of wings, the microwave is excellent, and the oven is very efficient. I have been enjoying the excellent features of this appliance.

I replaced with same brand and style: Kitchenaid. It has improved features in microwave area since it is now another oven and airfryer plus the lower oven is improved with new type of oven walls that are ceramic. Performs well.

Love it. It’s beautiful and has many great options including air fryer in both the microwave and oven. Stainless inside microwave and blue porcelain inside the oven.

I am replacing my 10 years old kitchenaid mircowave oven combo with this new kitchenaid, next day i noticed the door is crooked, right top side of oven door is intact , but left side in 1/4 inch coming/leaning out, oven balance was perfect, i cant figure out the problem, finally i made a conclusion the oven has a manufacturer defect on the door, i have orderd the replacment and will update this review after replacing it hoping to be fixed. 

Very nice quality and features in the combination microwave and oven

Best Buy did not send skilled installers to install nearly $10,000 of kitchen appliances. The worst thing that happened was when modifying the cabinet, they ran a shop vac, which must have been full, or the filter was clogged, and they blew fine saw dust all over my kitchen, and living room. It requires deep cleaning. I want to be compensated. The refrigerator doors are not aligned on a brand new Kitchenaid refrigerator. The upper oven door has a slight scratch on the stainless steel. The upper oven door has some plastic liner or material that is protruding along the top edge of the control panel. The upper oven when in convection mode is making a higher pitched howling sound. It is not quiet. The lower oven has been run through the manufacturer's recommended heat cycles multiple times. The technicians at the house did not follow the manual initially, and ran it at 550 broil. They did this without saying they were doing so, and filled my house with smoke. I have a large Parrot as a pet. The Kitchenaid Manual EXPLICITLY says use caution around birds. The parrot was very visible. We all talked about it. I was not given an opportunity to move the parrot to another part of the house. The lower oven door top left corner is bent, protruding slightly forward. I'm sure this is a wonderful oven combo when installed correctly without material defects. So far, all we can use is the microwave.

I've had this KitchenAid 30" wall oven and microwave combo for a few weeks now, and it’s fantastic! The convection oven with the air fry mode is a game changer for healthier cooking. I love how evenly it bakes and air fries—no more guessing with temperature settings because it heats so consistently. The microwave is straightforward to use, and having both appliances together saves a ton of space in my kitchen. One unexpected bonus was the air fry basket that’s dishwasher-safe; cleanup has been so easy. There’s a bit of a cooling noise after using the microwave, but once I found out it was to protect the system, I didn’t mind it as much. Plus, it looks really sleek in stainless steel—definitely adds a modern touch. It was easy to install, too, fitting right where my old unit was without needing adjustments. For anyone who loves to cook but doesn’t want multiple bulky appliances, this combo is totally worth it!

Very pleased with our new oven. We replaced a 16 year old KitchenAid wall oven. We stuck with KitchenAid because we knew the quality was excellent. Used the air fryer for the first time last night, very simple and food came out perfect. So pleased KitchenAid stuck with the measurements of our old unit, it fit right in the space perfectly. I read reviews before purchasing. Cannot figure out what some consumers were complaining about. Someone wrote the microwave doesn't turn off after finishing. It has a cooling off cycle that why. Being a KitchenAid user for many years I find this unit very easy to use. The controls are more or less self explanatory.

The unit itself is great. This review is more of a reflection of Best Buy. I ordered this as an open-box in excellent condition, which means that it was supposed to be like new with all parts. Long story short, it had scratches on it that I only saw after getting it home and it was missing the microwave coupling that spins the tray as well as the oven vent on the bottom. I tried calling Best Buy to see if they would price it down to an open box item in good or fair condition, but their reps said I needed to haul it back to the store first, which is understandable, but not really easy to do with a bulky item that weighs close to 150 pounds. You would think I'd be able to email some pictures to customer service to show the scratches. On top of all that, it took over an hour to pick up because when I got to the store, it was still installed in the display wall even though I got the notification that it was ready to pick up. Just poor service all around except for the two employees to went to the trouble of removing it from display and helping to load it in my car since they realized I drove over 45 minutes to pick it up.

Oven has been great and looks amazing in our kitchen.

The oven is very efficient, i tested it by making bread and it was able to proof the dough at 100 degrees, and come up to baking temperature very quickly. I also love the pull out rack makes it ergonomic

Disappointed with the unit. Microwave not heating well or evenly. The convect bake feature with the cook time is so annoying. I can't leave the oven on for baking cookies without starting the oven back up again. Sabbath mode you can use but only in bake mode. Just lacking user friendliness, very disappointed.

Easy to operate, holds temps well, does what an oven should do.

Delivery of item was rescheduled multiple times and took multiple visits to the store. Customer service was completely unhelpful and didn’t have good information regarding status. Product arrived in good condition and in working order.

Very nice wall combo to replace the KitchenAid one I had for nine years

I have a big family and an extra wall oven has been a plus. My old one wore out and so it was time to replace. I worked with Jennifer at Best Buy Cascade. She is so organized and full of information. That is the reason we bought all new appliances at Best Buy!

So far, the oven/microwave combo is working well. Just wish manufacturers today would provide more instructions. For a $3000 purpose, a detailed paper manual would cost them a few cents to print. This combo has so many different features and it's really hard to figure out how to best utilize them based on the brief online manual.
