KitchenAid Oven/Microwave Combo

So far this oven/microwave combo has been great. I’m sure it’s just a learning curve, but switching oven modes during a cook can be a bit tricky, so we just use the app. Christmas we used the oven for prime rib and the oven to roast vegetables oven feature in the microwave part worked great!

Looks nice, but errors after one month.

Bought in late November. One month later, getting cooking failures every time the oven starts. I can’t even read the error code because it requires a “code” that isn’t provided… no idea what the failure is because it just says “error: something went wrong and your cooking was canceled”

So far so good. Looks good. Very quiet microwave. Common sense controls once you get used to them. Nice to have a clock you can see. Max sound is still quiet. Made in Tennessee. Replaced my second Bosch with this. Fingers crossed.

Unit works great! Love that you can preheat oven from app, microwave reheat is not as simple as previous 20 year old unit as have to enter volume when heating a cup of coffee and previous just hit beverage and start.

This combo oven/microwave is easy to use and works great. There are a number of features that give you more options than a normal oven. Microwave is very quiet. Very pleased.

It’s quiet operation and easy to toggle or touch controls are very impressive and may I add the assisted cooking mode. I bought a warranty plan for as long as I plan to keep the oven just in case but all said it’s been great so far and we’re loving it

The pull out shelf in the oven makes using my heavy cast iron easy to cook with. We like the microwave convection combo as the second oven for space saving versatility. Haven’t used the steam bake yet, but excited to try this new oven function

I like the oven very much. PROBLEM! I HAVE HAD NO LUCK CONTACTING KITCHENAIDE! I HAVE CALLED CUS. SERVCE,BEEN ON HOLD 50 MIN. NO ANSWER. I'VE GONE ON LINE WITH NO SUCCESS. THE CRISPER PAN HAS NOT ARRIVED, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AS TO HOW TO GET IT. VERY, VERY DISATISFIED.

Microwave doesnt heat

I have had this only a couple of weeks. I noticed the microwave wasnt very powerful even at 100% serting. Now it wont even heat a cup of easy mac. Tired 3 times at 3.5 min and nothing. No error. Just doesnt heat. Worst purchase ever.

Oven temperature not reliable

It's a nice unit but there appears to be an issue with the temperature control Oven does not heat to temperature as set during pre heat cycle. Oven temperature on screen shows 350° but internal thermometer I placed in oven to corroborate displays 300°. Will be contacting for service. Expensive appliance very disappointed.

The oven provides accurate temperatures; however, it may cook faster or slower than your previous oven. The oven temperature can be calibrated to fit your needs. If you have determined your oven needs to be calibrated, below are the most common calibration methods.
