Love the stove. Works great and has a big 5th burner!

I like all the burners, but it cooks hot and Im still trying to figure out where my switch should be to get the heat level I desire.

I absolutely love this cooktop. I researched FOREVER before making my purchase, and I could not be happier. The controls are easy to use, it’s not as hard to keep clean as I had read- you just have to be conscious to do it after use, and the burners and heating is top notch! The downdraft works wonders and keeps all the smoke and stink out of the kitchen. I’ve already used all the “special” functions (ultra low, ultra high) and they work great. I chose for Best Buy to install, and it made it so simple. So glad that I went with this!

This was purchased to replace an older downdraft cooktop and was the only downdraft one I could find. That said it was easy to install by myself (lightweight makes it easy to drop in), looks great and so far works great. The burners light up so you can tell they are on and can be set to very low simmer settings. Downdraft works fine and not too noisy. Glass top is a bit challenging to keep spotless but that is typical.

Great purchase - It was worth waiting for! It has made me want to cook! Ordered in early January - Was installed in March. LOVE it!

I've been using the cooktop for over a month now and its been great. Its sleek look has really modernized my kitchen too and the downdraft ventilation is super quiet. I'd highly recommend the product and Best Buy!

Needed a downdraft stovetop to replace the JennAir stovetop we inherited in our house purchase from 1983. Works great. I havent had the smoke alarm go off since I had this model installed. I really like the even heat burners for lower temp cooking. The large burner on the right is awesome for larger pots and my oversize cast iron skillet. Ceramic top is difficult to clean and the black is difficult to see where the burners are when its not totally cleaned off, otherwise it works flawlessly.

The five burners proved ample cooking space and the overall appearance of the cook top is excellent.

Bought thus unit to replace old stove top in house we bought. First the unit looks great. Second it heats quickly. Third the additional 5th large burn is a great feature.

Purchased to replace the same unit that died because of lightning damage. Build is much better than it was 7yrs ago. The finish has changed from smooth glass to textured but it is a welcome change. The burners all got larger and dedicated warmer is now an actual burner.

There was little choice when it came to 36" downdraft cooktops, Kitchenaid made the only one, but Best Buy price was one of the lowest. I love how fast water boils. installation was easy. It is harder to keep clean than my previous one. I'm looking forward to using all 5 burners when this pandemic is over and I can host the 42 family member Christmas party again.

Item ordered was in stock sooner than expected. From the initial order right through installation all went smoothly. Very happy with product, as well as Best Buy sales and services.

This was the only stovetop we could find with an exhaust fan and it's a huge improvement over our old one. Very pleased with the cooktop.

We like very much. Really love that it has 5 Burners. Hard to keep clean. It must be cleaned after every use. Otherwise it’s perfect.

This cook top is the best! My wife went from having 2 burners and a grill to having 5 burners.Multiple pots on the cook top at once now! Love it!
