A southern original, Kristin Diable's voice bends as whimsical and unyielding as the Mississippi River. Her timeless melodies and sharp-eyed lyrics channel the mystical within the everyday, revealing the silver lining inside ordinary moments. The result is a sound that feels both grounded and otherworldly, and unmistakably her own.Diable's previous , Create Your Own Mythology, recorded in Nashville with producer Dave Cobb, was praised by NPR, American Songwriter, and Southern Living as one of the year's best. Her forthcoming album, Impossible Things, writes the next chapter. Recorded at the legendary Dockside Studios in south Louisiana with producer Ben Alleman (Dr. John, Ryan Adams, Jenny Lewis, Madi Diaz), it sounds like a radio tuned to two timelines at once dream pop echoes drifting through a shotgun house, Sunday morning mercy with Saturday night glitter still clinging to it's boots. These songs do not rush. They pull up a chair, slide a coffee across the table, and say, InchTell the truth and don't flinch.InchDiable does not flinch. She wrote these songs through seasons of upheaval and reinvention, navigating loss, the death of loved ones, domestic violence, single motherhood, and the reckoning that comes with rebuilding a life on your own terms. What emerges is a body of work that practices a kind of spiritual jiu jitsu, transforming weight into grace and ache into architecture. The title track counts like a spell InchI believe six impossible things before the sun does rise.Inch InchBiddingInch marks the moment illusion falls away and a woman walks out lighter and taller. InchShame SayInch opens a window rather than wagging a finger Inchlove won't lie, truth is coming for you.Inch InchEver Softly You GoInch is a lullaby for two children at once, the one sleeping in her arms and the one she once was. InchReckless & FreeInch throws the doors wide open, fear shr
