After briefly heating ingredients on the stove, the pot is placed inside the insulated bowl where stored heat completes the cooking process slowly and evenly. This gentle cooking method helps preserve vitamins, minerals, and natural flavors while using up to 60% less energy compared to conventional cooking methods. The cooking pot is made from premium 18/10 stainless steel and features a Superthermic® sandwich base that delivers fast and even heat distribution.
