I had been wanting a nice massage chair for years. When this one was a Deal of the Day, I jumped on it. I have a hair Salon and put it in there so that my clients could also enjoy it. I have had it for a few weeks now. While I have not gotten proficient in its use, I have tried a few of the 10 pre-set massages. They are ok. They are all around 15 minutes each. Some are a bit rough on certain parts of the body and I have to lift said body part off of the chair slightly when it gets to that part. I have also tried setting different parts of a massage with the remote. I'm thinking the heat should be a skosh warmer??? I can hardly feel any heat. This chair does go into zero gravity, it massages your feet, your arms, your butt, back, back of your thighs, calves, and obviously your back. I have not connected the Bluetooth yet. Plan on connecting the next time I get in the chair. It was fairly easy to assemble and took maybe 1 1/2 ~ 2 hours. I would have never paid the original price of $8000. that the chair sells for at Best Buy but the Deal of the Day price of $1999.00 was ok.

Looks pro in your house. Feels pro on the body. Assembly isnt too hard if your not completely useless (also lots of great unboxing and assembly vids on youtube to help). One note, for a better neck and shoulder experience, remember that there are two layers of cushion for the head rest that are attached with velcro that can be detatched easily and put back on when not in use or when you just want a foot massage or something.

I got this on sale. And it is definitely the best investment ive made in a while. Definitely do not regret this purchase. The assembly was a little difficult if you are by yourself, but instructions are easy to follow.

The ability to rotate parallel to the ground allows for an amazing back and upper body massage. A lot of preset massage programs and a full range of customization. Perfect for feet, upper body, lower back and butt/hips area. IT bands, hampstring, and quads are going to need to be worked out/massaged outside of the chair.

This is a really good chair. I would never have spent $8,000 on it. It works really good I have to use the pads that come with it or it can be a little strong. The pads make it perfect. I'm always surprised that people putting these in areas like salons were multiple people can use them considering people put their feet into a compartment go into an area that has fabric. Unless everyone is required to wear socks that to me is a bit gross. It would be like wearing gym socks that hundreds of people have worn. I do think for personal use it's wonderful and it's not as unattractive as many of the others. Sometimes I have cramps and my calves and feet and I have a bad back and I can tell you by sitting in this for about an hour four to five times a week I'm not having those cramps in my back feels better.

Massage is borderline deep tissue, which I prefer. Had a single instance hiccup with error code 3 weeks into use, with persistent alarm, until I unplugged to silence. Called tech support, and they promptly sent out a new wiring harness with promise to have installer come out within 2 days. Phone call to interact with actual person took less than 15 min connect and to explain issue with a resolution achieved. Chair looks very sleek, well built, and a myriad of function. Only gripe is lack of memory for preferred setting storage, which means you start from scratch every single time you start a session.

It is an excellent massage chair. A few things keep it from perfection, mainly involving the foot/leg massager. 1) Leg massage at times squeezes very tight while sliding up the leg, stretching the lining material. No matter what I do to ease the situation, the material is going to wear out and rip quickly. 2) The footrests are made to pull in and make your knees bend at times. Unfortunately, they spend way too much time shortening. Even after manually setting them farther out, they quickly cycle back in and set there. 3) The overall design of the foot holder piece makes it tought to get out of the chair

Chair is comfortable, needs back lighting on the remote. Instructions on how to use it could be more informative.

I bought this on April 22nd 2023. It was great although it was a little aggressive in term of messaging and rolling. I enjoyed sitting on it after a long working day. I liked it because I don't need to go getting massage done. I like how it massageed my back, feet and hands. The but massage was a little too strong.

Works great but at 6'0 I feel a little cramped in the chair (around the shoulders). Also wish the leg extension moved further out so that my knees would be further down near the massage. Also much more difficult to setup - getting the holes to line up when screwing the sides/back should be easier.

Chair itself is pretty good. Assembling it wasn't a walk in the park.

Delivery did not go smoothly. They delivered me only one box when I knew it was supposed to be 3 boxes. The driver told me I was wrong and just left me one huge box. After opening to find out I was right since all they gave me was the sides of the chair, I had to wait another 4 weeks to get the chair and have them pick this up, this was after an initial delay of 3 weeks from the original date for delivery. The chair itself is good but not great. It is definitely built for a smaller person. I work out a lot so my shoulders really have to squeeze in. Slightly overweight person with wider hips felt the squeeze in that area. I’m 6’1” and would have liked the legs to stretch a little more. The massage itself is good but I could actually use a little more pressure in areas like the lumbar and upper shoulders into the neck. It is nice that it goes all the way into the buttocks which is needed for someone who runs.

I got this chair on sale and it’s my first one and this chair is worth every penny. I have back problems and it really helps alleviate some pain. The bonus is the all body massage. My wife was skeptical at first and now I catch her in the chair all the time. It took me about 2 hrs to put together by myself and I would definitely buy again.

One of my best purchases from Best Buy. The chair is outstanding with its features/comfort.

The chair was too small in length and width. The massage features were uncomfortable on all settings. The roller balls were too hard to the back and rear area. The only good thing about the chair was the zero gravity.

The best deep tissue messaging chair I've ever wanted. All functions starting from Renew, Stretch, Eecovery and th we rest are just super satisfying. The difference is for real with a re-energized strength. Thanks to Best Buy for this special equipment.
