Lacuna Coil - Delirium - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

This album is a live-recorded collection where Jamie Cullum and his band rearrange and perform various covers and original songs in a raw, spontaneous style. Originally part of his InchSong SocietyInch YouTube series, this captures the intimate and jazz-infused energy of those studio sessions on vinyl.

Exilium Noctis returned more mature in 2025 with their second album, Pactum Diaboli, a dark and imposing work that explores themes such as religious conflict, the human soul, and the Faustian pact with Mephistopheles. The album delves into the concept of making deals with the devil, with the title Pactum Diaboli symbolizing the eternal struggle between temptation and the soul's redemption. This album marked a progression in the band's sound, incorporating more technical riffs and complex compositions. The title track, InchPactum Diaboli,Inch featured guest vocals by Henri Sattler of God Dethroned, adding significant depth to the song.

The Swedish Death/thrash metal group Carry the Torch don't screw around when it comes to their line of work. When listening to their upcoming album InchDelusionInch you can hear that these riffs were written to make you thrash around and like it or not - you will. With a blend that sounds a bit like if In Flames and Pantera formed a thrash/death metal band together, you're sure to be in for a melodic ass kicking. Formed in 2011 their first album InchObsessionInch was the brainchild of vocalist Dennis Johansson and guitarist Philip Nilsson. Having recruited drummer Björn Lindgren and guitarist Victor Wahlstedt for live gigs in 2019, they started work on a new album. Written before and during the pandemic the group recorded the album mostly in guitarist Philip Nilsson's studio in Linköping, deep in the Swedish forest. The band is set to it on May the 26th of 2023 and no lover of hard hitting, groovy riffs with a high melodic flavour should let this album pass them.
