Q: Is this also a carrying case for the 14 inch HP chromebook ?
A: It is just a lap desk. It had a hard plastic surface and a padded underside to go on your lap. There are no compartments to stow anything inside.
Q: Is it a work in case for 11.6 chromebook?
A: Well, this is not a computer case if that’s what you meant. It is a lap desk, where you would set your laptop on top of it. It would work for your chromebook I believe since it’s so small. I have a 13 inch MacBook Air and it perfectly fits. But if you want to use it as a desk it’s tiny the only thing you’ll be able to fit onto it is your chromebook.
