I love the design and it works great in my rooms. I have bought 3 of them... .... Love that you can put it against a wall and are able to control where the heat blows. Having a remote is great...

Very nice heater for the price and better than all of the more expensive ones I've owned. I also have a small personal heater for a bathroom which is a Honeywell with 1500 watts, however the Lasco produces at least twice the heat. The cost of running it is about 20¢ an hour. 13.9¢ a kWh which is my rate multiplied by 1500 watt is just over 20¢ an hour. After witnessing it in use, my brother and parents each purchased one. One surprise is when it arrived the box was opened but everything was ok with the heater inside the box. I check my security surveillance DVR and saw that it shipped this way and wasn't the UPS delivery. I thought this was just an isolated incident but 4 weeks later when my parents received theirs the same thing happened. The UPS driver noted that this product arrived opened and fortunately their Lasco was ok too.

The heater works well for the most part; but it doesn't seem to warm the air throughout the room. However, it gives off a good amount of heat and the ceramic unit stays cool which is important to me. I previously checked out a number of units before I chose this one. I think I made a good choice.

This heater really throws some heat. It fits nicely into any decor. We use it at our camp.

Works really well. Efficiently heats a decent sized office or provides warmth to take the chill off.

Was looking for a heater to warm up my basement, which is not connected to the ducts from the rest of the house. This heater works very fast and very well. In 2-3 hours it takes my 12' X 20' room from the low 60s to around 70 degrees. The noise level is not bad at all. The timer is great for using it at night, and allows for a shut of in hour intervals from 1-6 hours. The only downside with this unit is that there is no way to allow for an auto-on, so if the temperature drops down to low the unit will not turn itself back on. The remote is a nice little bonus feature, so you don't have to get off the couch or out of bed to turn it off or on.
