Features
Upgraded cajon design for versatile performance use
This cajon is based on the LP Black Box design with refinements that support a more responsive playing experience across different musical settings. It is suitable for practice, studio work, and live acoustic performances where consistent tone and reliable response are important. The updated construction helps maintain balance between comfort and sound clarity during extended play sessions.
Eco-friendly body built for durable sound support
The MDF body is designed with density and stability in mind, providing a solid foundation for consistent percussion output. This construction helps support regular use in rehearsals and performances while maintaining structural integrity. It is also designed with eco-conscious materials, making it a practical choice for musicians looking for durability combined with responsible material use.
Meranti soundboard for clear tonal response
The Meranti wood soundboard is glued to enhance tonal transfer, helping translate hand techniques into defined percussive sound. This supports clearer articulation between bass and slap tones, making it easier to shape rhythm and dynamics. It is designed to respond well to different playing styles, whether used in acoustic sessions or amplified setups.
Dual snare system for detailed rhythmic articulation
Two sets of internal snare wires are built into the cajon to provide a more layered snare response. This helps create sharper slap definition and adds texture to rhythmic patterns. The configuration supports expressive playing, allowing musicians to achieve varied tones and enhance overall rhythmic complexity in both solo and group settings.
Bass port design with compact performance dimensions
An integrated bass port is included to support improved low-end projection, helping the instrument carry sound more effectively in performance environments. The slightly larger dimensions compared to the original model provide a comfortable playing surface while maintaining portability. The matte black finish completes a clean, professional look suitable for stage and studio use.
