I absolutely LOVE my cargo bicycle. However I learned a very valuable lesson, I shouldn’t order through BestBuy. The reason is plan I was missing my XL Pannier bags from the order. I called bestbuy and Fedex to ask what happened. I was directed to go to BestBuy near me , when I got there no one new what to do , so we called BestBuy Customer service I waited for about two hours at the store to then be told that they didn’t have the XL Pannier bags on hand and that I would have to call Lectric Bicycles and get the issues sorted… When I called Lectric my life changed in a good way , they were able to resend the bags and also create me a warranty to ensure I can get other services for the coverage. Thank GOD!

Now that I'm an owner of an ebike, outings with my kid couldn't be any better! And I can finally keep up with my friends who have road bikes and no kid to tow along. This bundle was the exact same bundle from the Lectric website during the father's day sale, and happened to be a few dollars cheaper for us. Delivery was fast, from Fedex, so tracking was taken care of, and came much faster than expected (just a few days)! Everything was packaged amazingly. The only thing was, as mentioned by the first reviewer on Best Buy for this exact bundle, was that the XL pannier bags were missing. I took the advice of that review and reached out to Lectric directly, and there was no trouble at all. They shipped the bags out to me free of charge, which came just a few days later. All in all, great product, and great bundle. If you're looking to buy this bike, I'm sure you've already done your homework, so this review is mostly to affirm that getting it from an authorized seller such as Best Buy is indeed, legit and worth it.
