Good heater; poor service!
Purchased the heater and it was a breeze to assemble. Started it up to make sure it worked then covered it to await the first use. A week later installed a new propane tank and used the heater for a couple hours. Heater functioned great! Turned off the heater and went inside for the night. The next morning, I went to cover the heater and noticed the glass tube in the center was cracked just below the retention clips at the top allowing the tube to wabble freely inside the enclosure. I get it-glass can have a flaw. Figured it wouldn't be a problem to get a replacement shipped. So I contacted support as instructed via the documentation at the email provided...no response. Ok, maybe they're busy. Gave them a week...still no reply. So, sent another email. No response. Called 800 number and no one ever answers. So I left a voicemail. I have yet to be contacted by service. I had much better expectations for support based on the overall quality of the unit itself. Unfortunately, that has NOT been my experience! Now I'm coming up on 3 months and still do not have a heater that can safely be used.

Great product but be prepared for the assembly
It’s a great product but a little challenging to assemble. The directions could be a little more clear. Other than that, I’m very happy with the heat it throws off and the looks of it.
