More difficult than previous LEGO offerings. Harder puzzles that sometimes require a walkthrough to figure out. HOWEVER, the overall gameplay is outstanding and the customization feature alone is worth the price. I was bummed when I first started the game only to find that I could only assign a few skills to my custom-created villain. But then, in the middle of the first mission, I ran across a device that added a superpower to my character. Game on! I love the inclusion of some RPG elements in this game. My character now has about a dozen skills/powers that I can swap out as I please. Oh! And the kids love this game too! Good family fun! (Yes...I'm the gamer dad.)

My daughter loves this game... absolutely loves it and wants to play it every day. As with other Lego games, this game is pretty clean and kid friendly. But, my wife and I enjoy playing it with our daughter as well. There is so much to do in the game, lots of items to find and collect. We like that you can create and customize your own rookie villain character, and then play that character. The storyline is actually pretty extensive. I was suprised at how much there is to do. The game has you switching between various villains as you progress through the story. And you can also switch between characters during gameplay. It makes for a more exciting experience, reducing the chance of boredom (for kids at least) from playing the same character the entire game. I think this is one of the better Lego games available for XBox One currently.

Bought for my 6 year old son for Christmas and he has enjoyed every minute of it. Easy to play and figure out the puzzles. Game play is fluid and cohesive(as much as a Lego game can be). Would recommend if your kids are into Legos or superheroes(villains).

If you've played one Lego game, you've played them all. This isn't s bad thing - the Lego games are fun, especially with a friend! This iteration is especially fun since you play as a villain. The humor is great, the story is fun, the gameplay is the same as all Lego games.

Similar to other LEGO games, the DC Villain game plays through stages and you unlock characters as you go through. But the game offers the opportunity for you to create your own villain who gains powers along the way. Good concept but you don’t have the ability to choose what powers are available just customize based on options. Fun play but finished quickly

THE lego games are always great fun. Love that you can be a ton of different DC universe characters. The ease of play for these games are great.

I like all of the LEGO games but this one is not one of my favorites. Cons: It is one of the shorter games so it won’t give you as much engagement time. The phone they have your radar on is in the middle of the your screen instead down in the corner. There was a lot of times when I felt the camera view was too close up, so you can’t see around you. They don’t have the option to look for a character by skill, like in some other ones previously made. I just feel like this is a step backwards from some of their other games. Pros: On the other hand, my daughter loved that the character she created was actually used in the storyline (and it was used well) and she also enjoyed a chance to play the villains.

So far it is appearing to be a great game. Love that I can customize my own villain and unlock new powers for my villain.

All the evil fun you can stand in one small box. Lego and DC are one great pair.

If you a fan of LEGO games, you will certainly be a fan of DC Super Villains. WIth the LEGO Batman games being arguably the best of the LEGO franchise, this is a great complement to the usual heroes as you get to play a campaign as the Villains. A must have for all LEGO fans and DC fans alike!

A lot of fun like other Lego games. Many characters, who are voiced and animated really well. Fun simple story line. A lot of side missions and puzzles to get gold bricks and characters, and free play as always is fun to go back and collect minikits and coins.

Offers hours of enjoyment for the kids and adults. Nice change to playing the normal hero side if the story to being the villain.

If you've played a Lego game before, nothing about this game will surprise too much, it's pretty straightforward like most other lego games that have been made. This one did keep my interest longer than some of the other ones since the story isn't an exact rehash of a movie like how Lego Incredibles or Lego Avengers was. If you've enjoyed other Lego games and want a fun new take on it, this is still a lot of fun to play through.

Story is great, enjoyable characters and interesting premise. Map was a little underwhelming but still very creative.

Who doesn't like lego games?! You getta play as so many of the DC villains. My teenage son loves Dc and Marvel, added into a lego world makes it funner. Also it goes on sale a lot. Can't beat the price for the amount of fun you'll get playing!

I bought this game for my daughter. The LEGO games are the best. My children love to play them and even as they get older, they love these games. I’m looking forward to watching my daughter play this new game (I can’t wait to play either!). I’ve never been disappointed with the LEGO video games.
