Incredible lego set, I really like the smaller size that makes it easier to take in the whole seen as well. There's lots of NPU - nice part usage, and they nailed the scene from one of my favorite movies. I can't recommend at full retail price, as is the case with most lego sets these days, but if you can get for under that, it's a buy. Gave it to my son for Christmas and he loved it, we bought and LED set for it as well that we still need to add to really make it shine!

I really like this little set. They did a good job of re-enacting the scene from the movie in micro scale. There were a lot of little pieces to put together and I didn't always enjoy building it, but it looks good once finished. I would not recommend this for little kids, since it's not very playable. I also think it's a little overpriced by Lego, but it's often on sale at Best Buy or other places

Lots of great detail, my 13 year old son loved it, could not wait to build it and did not disappoint.

A Lego Star Wars trench run that doesn’t take up too much space on a desk. I love the amount of detail for a very reasonable price considering that it’s Lego. It makes a great display, as I have mine on my desk at work. Awesome!

Our oldest son loved legos growing up and was looking for a more adult themed set. This set did not fail at all he loved it all the detail was super amazing and was difficult enough to bring him back to his child hood.

The Death Star is always a crowd favorite,I enjoyed putting together the Lego set it was great fun

Absolute blast to build, and really awesome to display an iconic moment. Set was on a small discount, still feel like I paid too much. Legos are getting expensive.

This is jam packed full of detail. I bought it to add a lighting kit (purchased separately) and it really looks nice.

Its rated 18+ and it has a lot of smaller pices adding to the detail. I do believe your avg 12 year old should be able to build this but i would not give this to a 9 year old it takes patience

A great set for decorating your shelf or desk. It included a few extra parts.
